A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:
- Turkish-backed militants’ artillery shelled Syrian Arab Army positions in the town of Maarrat al-Numan;
- Two Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) members were killed in the Suhail area as a result of clashes with local forces;
- Clashes between pro-government forces and SDF were reported in the Khisham area;
- Joint Russian and Turkish military patrol was held in the Darbasiyah area.
