- On December 21, Russia reported that Idlib militants violated the ceasefire regime in Greater Idlib 33 times: 19 – in Idlib province, 4 – in Aleppo province, 13 – in Latakia province, 2 – in Hama province;
- On December 21, SAA artillery shelled positions of Turkish-backed forces near Kansafra and al-Barah;
- On December 20, Russian warplanes struck positions of terrorist groups near Kabani;
- On December 20, 3 people were injured by an IED blast in the city of Raas Al-Ain;
- On December 20, the UN Security Council extended the mandate of United Nations Disengagement Observer Force in the Golan Heights for 6 months;
- On December 20, clashes and artillery duels between the Turkish-backed forces and the SDF were reported at Jahbal and Mushayrifah;

This war would already be over if Russia wasn’t so heavily tied in with Israel.
