- Clashes between militants and the Syrian Army continue east of Jarjanaz;
- Israeli strikes allegedly hit ‘pro-Iranian’ forces near al-Bukamal;
- Turkey sent a large military convoy to reinforce its observation posts in Idlib;
- Drones from the US base in Al Tanf conducted a strike against oil facilities in the Syrian province of Homs on December 12, Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Muallem said;
- Russian and Turkish forces held another round of patrols in northeastern Syria.
