there is high demand for russia in africa. all old french colonies would rather cooperate with russia than with france. i think the same is true for most african countries. if putin is interested, he can have a revenue of 100 billion per year from african oil and minerals.
people giving other peoples wealth away is always in high demand in africa and elsewhere.
i mean, europe steals from africa 1000 billion annually. african countries would like to have 900 billion for themselves and 100 billion for russia to help extract their minerals and oil and to overthrow european supported dictatorships.

i agree with you. i wasn’t comparing the two men. i was addressing the risk of offending putin. assad sought help from usa at the end. to putin that is betrayal.
turkiye and israel are neighbors now and turks are not like other arab people and muslim countries, turks are not arab, means turks do not hate israels as arab countries, so there will be no attacts to israel anymore.

there were no attacks from syria on israel. and turks pretty much saw the genocide like everybody else and were upset by it. erdogan had to condemn israel, and he or his followers will still need to win elections. i wouldn’t be so sure that this jihadi offensive is a positive for israel. also, turkiye has its own side, wich is a bit of nato and a bit of brics. now israel will have a neighbor that has a lot more strength that the feeble and corrupt assad regime.
