A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:
- On January 31, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham killed a famous pro-ISIS militant Abu Dajana al-Dagestani in al-Dana;
- On January 31, artillery of Turkish-backed forces shelled SDF positons in Ain Issa;
- On January 31, ISIS claimed responsibility for an IED attack on a bus carrying Syrian Arab Army (SAA) soldiers near the village of Kubash;
- On January 31, SAA artillery shelled positions of Turkish-backed forces in the village of Taqad;
- On January 31, a convoy of the US-led coalition containing of logistical and military equipment entered the Conico base;
- On January 31, the Turkish Army stablished a military base north of Ain Issa.
