- As a result of the prisoner exchange between the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and Turkish-backed militants in Deir Qaq, 20 SAA members were released;
- A booby-trapped motorcycle exploded in al-Rai near the Turkish border on Feruary 12;
- Multiple ceasefire violations and sporadic clashes were reported in western Aleppo and northern Hama.
