- 200 US troops will remain in al-Tanf, according to US media reports;
- Militants still prevent civilians from leaving the Rukban refugee camp;
- People continue to exist from the ISIS-held pocket near al-Baghouz. On February 23, 800 persons allegedly left the area;
- Ceasefire violations are reported in northern Hama and northern Latakia on a daily basis;
- An IED hit a vehicle belonging to Turkey-led forces in Afrin’s Burj Haydar. 2 miltiants were injured.
