- On February 4, the SDF captured 3 foreign ISIS members in the Euphrates Valley: Husain Fardid (Abu-Al-Waleed Al-Musri) – Egypt, Salem Al-Shamarani (Abu Zubair Al-Janoubi) Saudi Arabia, Marten Limiki (Abu Zakaria Al-Almani) – Germany;
- The SDF reportedly deployed reinforcements in the Al-Tayana area, Deir Ezzor province;
- An alleged ISIS bomb attack was reported near Shula, Deir Ezzor province;
- Turkish-backed militants detained a person with booby-trapped motorcycle in Al-Tukhar, Aleppo province;
- Firefights and artillery strikes were reported in multiple areas in southern Idlib and northern Hama.
