A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:
- On January 11, Russia reported that Idlib militants violated the ceasefire regime in Greater Idlib 21 times: 10 – in Idlib province, 8 – in Latakia province, 3 – in Aleppo province;
- On January 10, artillery of Turkish-backed forces shelled positions of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in the Tal Tamar area wounding 13 people;
- On January 10, the Russian Military Police sent new reinforcements to the town of Ain Issa;
- On January 10, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) attacked Turklish-backed militants near Ankawi village reportedly killing 11 of them;
- On January 11, Russian and Turkish forces carried out a joint patrol in the Ain al-Arab area;
- On January 10, Kurdish internal security forces released several SAA members in Qamishli thanks to the Russian meditation. Nonetheless, the situation still remains tense.
Here’s one more for the 11th dec,
“An explosion was heard that shook the city of Al-Bukamal near the Syrian-Iraqi border, coinciding with the flight of unknown drones overhead.”
Was it the nearby Iranian base exploding or something else.
Whose drones would attack Iranian bases?
You should be put on the front lines in the event of any open hostilities, that way both sides could shoot at you, I’m sure you’d suffer a friendly fire incident after a while, that’s if the Iranians didn’t shut your mouth first. :] You’re as mad as the people you want to destroy, I don’t see any difference, maybe we should just put you all in a pit and take bets on who comes out the winner, or better still fill it in before you finish.
I’m exponentially more hateful towards Islamists / Jihadis than you can ever imagine … hello?
