- Turkish-backed militants have reportedly withdrawn most of their forces from a frontline near the SDF-held town of Manbij;
- A convoy of the Kurdish YPG has left the area on the western bank of the Euphrates River;
- About 20 Syrian army soldiers have been reportedly killed in an ISIS attack in the Euphrates Valley;
- Tensions between Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and Turkish-backed militant groups are developing in the Idlib de-escalation zone.
These maps are curious, because they always quickly show the SDF gains of territory, but are very slow to actualize the dates about SAA, as we can see in the Manbij area. Anyway, it’s enough to see where are the US bases to understand what the Pentagon wants, and the guy that makes these maps seems to want the same. I suppose that isn’t SF that make the maps, no?
You can also look on – https://syria.liveuamap.com/ …… but numerous other sites, but for me, SF is the best overall.
As for your comment regards the US bases, I am unsure what you are trying to infer.
A string of bases along the borders, trying to steal the border territories of the country and opening the way to saudi pipelines, the Turks are trying to get the north and ISIS is also in the game with it’s Homs desert pockett, by is turn, the author of this map also gives a little drawing hand, inventing an fortified ISIS area northwest of Al Safa.
