- On January 31, Russia reported that Idlib militants violated the ceasefire regime in Greater Idlib 18 times: 10 – in Idlib province, 5 – in Latakia province, 1 – in Hama province, 2 – in Aleppo province;
- On January 30, artillery of Turkish-backed forces shelled SAA positons in Saraqib;
- On January 30, artillery of Turkish-backed forces shelled SDF positons near Ain Issa;
- On January 30, a civilian was killed and 2 others were wounded as a result of the explosion of an improvised oil harvester in the town of Dhiban;
- On January 30, a large military convoy of Asayish forces entered Hasakah city.
