A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:

  • On January 9, Russia reported that Idlib militants violated the ceasefire regime in Greater Idlib 2 times: 1 – in Idlib province, 1 – in Aleppo province;
  • On January 9, artillery of Turkish-backed forces shelled Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) positions in the Ain Issa area;
  • On January 8, artillery of Turkish-backed forces shelled SDF positions north of Tal Tamar;
  • On January 8, artillery of Turkish-backed forces shelled Syrian Arab Army (SAA) positions in the Shalaf area;
  • On January 8, clashes between ISIS and the SAA were reported near Rahjan village in the northern part of Hama province;
  • On January 8, a car bomb targeted the headquarters of Turkish-backed forces in the village of Kafr Safra in the Jinderis district;
  • On January 8, Kurdish internal security forces killed an ISIS suicide bomber in the al-Hawl camp.

Trump has now made an accord with all the belligerents to make Daniel 9 a reality. Biden will bring the war like he always has, drawn in by a fishhook

I agree. I see Biden as restarting all of the stuff he did before. The challenge for him and his friends is that the chess board has changed quite a bit. They are going to get clocked, in my opinion.
