- On July 17, Russia reported that Idlib militants violated the ceasefire regime in Greater Idlib 2 times: 1 – in Latakia province, 1 – in Idlib province;
- Turkish president Erdogan denounced the upcoming meeting with Bashar Assad because of Syria’s call for Turkey to leave northern Syria;
- Turkish authorities deported 68 people to Syria via Bab al-Hawa border crossing.
