A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:
- Two members of the Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham were killed at a checkpoint in the entrance of Atarib by unknown gunmen;
- An anti-government demonstration started in the town of Jizah in eastern Daraa;
- Syrian Air Defense forces opened fire at an aerial target coming from the Golan Heights over the town of Hadr;
- A SAA position was struck by 2 missiles from an Israeli army helicopter in response to the air defense fire. The incident caused minor damage in Majdal Shams;
- SAA artillery shelled militant positions near the villages of Kanasfara, Safuhin, Fatira and Benin in southern Idlib;
- SAA artillery shelled militant positions near the villages of Kabani and Duweir Akrad in northern Latakia;
- The SAA sent reinforcement and military equipment to the southern Idlib front;
- A booby-trapped motorcycle exploded in the town of Ras Al-Ain north of Hasakah.
Hopefully this means the green will get pushed further North and RED will take its place.
