A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:

• Syrian Arab Army (SAA) artillery shelled militant positions near the village of Ayn Laruz;
• SAA artillery shelled militant positions near the village of Sarmaniyah;
• Militants’ artillery shelled SAA positions near the village of Maasaran;
• An explosion reportedly took place near a base of Ahrar al Sharqiyah in the city of al Bab;
• 9 civilians were injured as a result of explosion on AL Jala street in the city of Idlib;
• 12 persons were killed, 19 were injured as a result of explosion in Ras al-Ain.
