A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:
- A fresh satellite image showing an impact of the July 1 Israeli strike near Homs was released online;
- Kurdish rebels attacked positions of Turkey-led forces in Marea and Daghlbash. At least 5 Turkish-backed militants were killed, according to Kurdish sources;
- A new round of speculations on alleged tensions between Russian and Iranian forces in southern Deir Ezzor is being dissiminated online;
- Syrian intelligence operatives have destroyed a militant ammo depot in Jabal al-Arbaaine;
- Maghawir Al Thawrat and US-led forces held live-fire drills in al-Tanf.

As this deadly war of attrition drags on, reports are coming in from Assad’s controlled Syria., of large cites absent of men. Just old people with their daughters trying to support and care for them. Where are all the men.?? 1) Dead or missing..in Assad’s prisons 2) Have escaped/fled to a foreign jurisdiction.to keep out of Assad’s army..Some are hiding in Lebanon while others are now in Europe. 3) Many have been forced to join Assad’s army, A leader they distrust and hate. 4) Those that have survived the Syrian army are now seriously wounded needing daily care. Assad is slowly running out of new recruits. Sadly all that is left, is for him to keep on bombing his own citizens until they’re all dead. Al Salam to all those in Syria….may they have peace. Its funny really, how so many want to blame Israel or America for the Syrian war.. Was it the Americans or Israel that killed hundred of thousands, caused millions of refugees to flee their country, after Syria’s cities were bombed into rubble.?? Who is daily bombing Syrian civilians? Who is killing and destroying the nation of Syria ?? Your comment is a sad reflection of so many that have lived in hate.. My educated guess of the out come is within the next 3 months.. A military coup in Syria.., with Assad’s assassination.
