A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:
- A Turkish military convoy was struck by an IED in western Idlib. Casualties were reported;
- The Syrian Army repelled an ISIS attack near the T3 station;
- 5 civilians were reportedly killed and 15 others were injured in a rocket attack on Afrin city;
- Radical militants released a video threatening to behead Russian troops if they launch a patrol along the M4 highway in the southern part of the Idlib zone;
- Alaa al-Omar, a senior commander of the Turkish-backed Ahrar al-Sham Movement, was killed near Jisr al-Shughur.
