A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:
- Russia and Turkey conducted a second limited joint patrol west of Saraqib;
- The Turkish Army established observation points near Khattab and Msheirfeh;
- A first COVID-19 case was registered in Syria;
- The SDF released more than 80 ISIS members from detention camps;
- On March 21, a series of explosions rocked the town of Tabqah targeting positions, vehicles and personnel of the SDF.
