- The Turkish military deployed a MIM-23 Hawk medium-range air-defense system in Idlib;
- The U.S. is preparing to ship equipment to militants under the pretext of providing medical aid to refugees in the al-Rukban camp amid the COVID-19 pandemic;
- Syrian government forces deployed a new batch of reinforcements near Saraqib;
- Security Chief of Ahrar al-Sharqiyah, one of the biggest factions of the so-called Syrian National Army, was killed on March 28 in al-Bab.
