A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:
- The humanitarian crisis is developing in the Rukban refugee camp. US-backed forces prevent the evacuation of civilians;
- From 500 to 600 ISIS fighters and members of their families reportedly surrendered to the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) during the last 48 hours. The SDF advance is ongoing;
- 3 persons were reportedly killed in the al-Bishri mount area;
- Supposed ISIS gunmen killed 6 SDF members near Al-Bisra;
- A booby-trapped motorcycle explosion injured 7 persons in al-Bab;
- Turkey re-opened the Oncupinar border crossing;
- Intra-militant clashes were reported in Idlib city. At least 1 militant was killed;
- Ceasefire violations were reported in western Aleppo and northern Hama.
