A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:
- A double-tap IED attack killed at least one civilian and injured 15 others at a local market in al-Busayrah;
- ISIS cells attacked an SDF checkpoint near the al-Tabqah central prison. 7 terrorists were killed;
- A former ISIS commander was killed in a US-led coalition drone strike on Afrin;
- A drone strike hit a van of Turkish-backed forces on a road near Zakoom;
- A prisoner exhange took place between Idlib militants and the Damascus government at Talhiyeh;
- The SDF and the US-led coalition eliminated a former director of ISIS’ “Real Estate Directorate” in al-Shheell.
