A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:
- An IDF aircraft struck a Syrian air-defense system (supposedly Shilka self-propelled gun) at Tell Shaer, near the Golan Heights;
- Syrian forces allegedly downed an Israeli UAV over the Golan Heights;
- Firefights were reported near Sirmaniyah, Kbanah and Kafr Nabudah;
- Pro-militant sources continue blaiming the SAA for intense artillery strikes in northwestern Hama and southern Idlib;
- Artillery strikes reportedly targeted several militant positions near Khalasah;
- Agricultural crops were reportedly burned near Tabqah and Ayn Issa. This is reportedly linked to the activity of ISIS cells.
“Artillery bombardments” if you please.
congratulations butcher assad and his apologist friends! you’ve totally won the war 40% of the country is under control of SDF/USA and FSA/Turkey while you ONLY control 60% of empty desert! HA
Mr pro headchopper Syria government control all the major cities. The time of CIA proxies is numbered…Thanks to Russians.
ok Mr antisemite
Assad’s already won the hearts of the Syrian people with his steadfast resolve and opposition to the US and Israel, so he’s already won half the war already, and I think that’s just as important as holding territory, and because he is so well liked and respected, it should actually make it easier for him to take back the lost territories. You do know he’s fighting against people who smile for the camera as they slit 10 years old boys throats and then post it on the net, and they also chop out the livers of dead SAA soldiers and eat them, and they also desecrate the bodies of people they kill because they simply just don’t like them, if Assad’s a butcher what do you call the rebels?
