- On November 18, Russia reported that Idlib militants violated the ceasefire regime in Greater Idlib 6 times: 1 – in Latakia province, 4 – in Idlib province, 1 – in Aleppo province;
- On November 17, unknown gunmen attacked several SDF military posts near Abu Nital. Two SDF members were wounded;
- On November 18, unknown gunmen killed an SAA officer and one of his escorts on the road near the city of Nawa;
- On November 17, Resistance forces attacked the US base in the Tal Baydar with two suicide drones;
- On November 17, Israeli fighter jets fired several missiles on the outskirts of Damascus. No casualties were reported.
