- On November 18, artillery of Turkish-backed forces shelled positions of the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) in Maarat al-Numan city;
- On November 18, artillery of Turkish-backed forces shelled positions of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) north of Minnagh;
- On November 18, SAA artillery shelled positions of Turkish-backed forces in Kansafra village;
- On November 18, clashes between SDF and Turkish-backed forces were reported west of al-Bab;
- On November 18, 2 ISIS members were arrested in a security operation by SDF in the Tal Hamis area.
