A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:

• Turkish-backed forces’ artillery shelled SDF positions west of Tal Abyad;
• Syrian Arab Army (SAA)  artillery shelled positions of Turkish proxies in the Barah area;
• SAA artillery shelled positions of Turkish proxies in the Sarmaniya area;
• Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) besieged and captured the headquarters of the Turkish-backed Syrian National Army group in the town of Darat Izzah;
• Clashes between Turkish proxy groups erupted in Ras al-Ain over the control for the flow of goods through a local checkpoint.
