- As of November 26, Israeli forces remain on a high alert in the Golan Heights area;
- On November 25, Turkish-backed forces shelled positions of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) west of Tal Abyadh;
- On November 25, Russian Military Police conducted a patrol in the vicinity of Tal Tamar;
- On November 25, a Turkish military delegation explored a hill in the village of Kansafra with the aim of establishing a military post there;
- On November 25, the US State Department announced that it will allocate a financial reward of $10 million for anyone who provides information about Abu Muhammad Al-Julani, the leader of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham.
