A brief overview of the recent developments:
- Russia deployed attack helicopters at the Tabqah airbase;
- US troops will remain in the Omar oil fields area to ‘protect them from ISIS’;
- President Bashar al-Assad visited a frontline in southern Idlib;
- Clashes between the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and Turkish-led forces were reported northwest of Ayn Issa;
- The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) is increasing its forces in Tell Tamr.
I could see a few Su 35 and few ground attack aircraft and air defende being deployed soon
