- Russia and Syria are constructing a permanent bridge between the eastern and western bank of the Euphrates in western Deir Ezzor;
- Russian warplanes struck Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and its allies near Ballisa and Agr Hilltop killing at least 9 militants;
- Hayat Tahrir al-Sham is relocating its weapons depots to the area near the Bab al-Hawa border crossing with Turkey;
- Syrian helicopters continue strikng positions of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and its allies in northern Lattakia;
- Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham and the Turkestan Islamic Party cooperate to fortify their positions in northern Lattakia and northwestern Hama;
- Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced that his country is ready to start a new military operation in northeastern Syria.
I can’t say it will happen soon in Latakia because, the operation already started there. The SAA and Co is preparing the area, forcing the head choppers to adjust, move, congregate and burn resources that they cannot afford to burn. There was a Russian strike yesterday in Idlib, probably on leadership just by the casualty numbers. It won’t be that long before Latakia is freed. My take on this part of the tango.
