- The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) reportedly shelled the area of the Turkish observation post near near Maar Hattat;
- The SAA launched several heavy rockets at militants’ positions near Ma`arat al-Nu`man;
- Syrian airstrikes hit positions of militants near Hass, Sarjah, Benin, Shnan, Mareian;
- A car bomb explosion happend in Afrin’s city center on September 13;
- The US may deploy additional 150 troops to Syria.
