A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:
- Russian warplanes carried out a series of airstrikes on ISIS positions near the Risafah area south of the Riqqah town;
- The US-led coalition conducted a patrol near Tal Tammar;
- TFSA artillery shelled SDF positions north of Tal Tamar;
- A former rebel was assassinated by unknown gunmen in Tafas town. The assassinations of former members of the militants in southern Syria continue since the national reconciliation in the area;
- Turkish Army sent a new military convoy to Greater Idlib through Kafr Lusin crossing;
- Turkish-backed forces shelled SAA positions in the Malajah village;
- SAA artillery shelled Turkish-backed forces in Kadurah village.

Why actually you put up these kind of ‘news’, when in reality is a stalemate in Syria, and ISIL pop out of nowhere. It is the same day by day.
And mysteriously a squadron of 7 Russian warplanes flew north all the way to the Turkish border with Aleppo but there were no reports of any airstrikes. ???
And the refinery at Baniyas is reopening in october, so fuel production will get a long needed boost. :]
And there were more reports of clashes between members of Syrian Air Force Intelligence and fighters from the Iranian backed 47th regiment, they were unsubstantiated of course but there were reports of similar clashes a few months ago, so something we should be keeping an eye on. ? mmm
And in the last week Daraa and Quneitra racked up even more assassinations that are as yet unattributable to anyone and unaccountable for. :[
20th, assassination attempt on Syrian Military Intelligence officer. 21st, decapitated SAA found. 23rd, assassination of 3 civilians. 24th ex FSA assassinated, and a bomb exploded in Daraa with no casualties.
