A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:
- Turkish-backed militants’ artillery shelled SAA positions near the villages of Kafr Nubl and Maarat Mukhis in the southern countryside of Idlib;
- Syrian Arab Army (SAA) artillery shelled Turkish-backed militants’ positions near the villages of Safuhin, Kafr Uwaid and Kansafra;
- Russian police conducted a military patrol in the vicinity of the city of Al-Malikiyah;
- The US coalition sent a convoy of weapons and logistical supplies to Al-Shaddadi military base, south of Hasakah;
- A large Turkish military convoy with heavy equipment entered Idlib through the Kafr Lusin checkpoint;
- Turkish-backed militants’ artillery shelled SDF positions near the town of Tal Tamar;
- The Russian Military Police and the Turkish Armed Forces conducted the second joint training in Greater Idlib.
This is much better than 5 years ago and improving daily.
