Military Situation In Syria’s Western Aleppo Following Recent Clashes Between Army And Militants (Map Update)

The SAA have wisely stopped all fighting in and around Aleppo city, their focus only seems to be on the highway now, but the terrorists haven’t stopped fighting in Aleppo city at all, they’re instead trying their level best to escalate it, and they’re doing that because they’re hoping the Turks will come to their aid, hopefully they won’t. Casualties in Aleppo city have been very high, way too high, but the Aleppo countryside isn’t anywhere near as deadly, hopefully this is where the SAA stay for a while, leave the city alone until they’re really ready to tackle it, which should be straight after all the southern and eastern territories are liberated first.

Aleppo is a priority, it is too tempting a target for desperado’s.

The SAA should continue HTS harassment around the city, they will continue to overreact with mindless raids, their lines will collapse shortly.
