Russia is prohibited by Treaty from having warships in the Black Sea.
UK, US, and Turkey will ensure that Russia return to and comply with “The 1856 Treaty of Paris” which Russia signed when they lost the Crimea War, but then broke a few years later.
UK, US, and Turkey have well advanced plans to force Russian military ships out of the Black Sea (civillian ships are allowed b the Treaty).
NATO member Turkey holds all legal controls of the transit into / out of the Black Sea – and last time I checked Russia was not a member of NATO.
