The sovjet were not russian they were antirussian and have fought orthodox christianity while left islam to thrive.
The sovjets cant pay as they are gone and for the russians we will see. The only ones i see who want the jews to pay is iran. The protection of israel is basically the only thing the west and the east are in agreement of. There are as many jewish advisers in the east as their are in the west. So if iran ever attacks them they will realise they are at war with nato and the sco at the same time.
Very correct, except for one mistake. Turkey and Israel didn’t support Al Qaeda that much but only few support. Only the Saudis and Qataris wanted them to win but Saudis wanted Madkhali movements, while Qataris wanted the Sururis. Turkey wanted the Muslim Brotherhood and the so called West wanted first the FSA and then the SDF. Afghanistan was invaded by foreign powers a lot but these powers just exploited the already tense situation there.
I meant that the arabs supported al quaida and that turkey and isreal attacked syria themselves. Israel only air strikes and turkey with air strikes and occupation forces.
Never heard of madkhali and sururis only heard of salafists and wahabis from saudi arabia. Which is the religios base for al quaida.
Madkhalis are supporters of MBS. Sururis are the radical version of Muslim Brotherhood.
Soviets were different on this case. Soviets didn’t have a justification to do what they did in Afghanistan and Ahmad Shah Massoud was right. In Syria, it is half/half, for sure, Assad has dictatorship, which moved from the far-left to social authoritarianism but the jihadists were on the loose.
