Makes for good press and happy people in the west but the Russians have been blowing up bridges and attacking enemy supply lines every day since day one of this operation. So far all the Ukrainian attacks on the Russian rear make up for less than a single average daily strike for the Russians.
Ukraine started the war as the largest, best equipped standing army in Europe and all that equipment and big chunk of those soldiers are gone.
Russia is now destroying the Ukrainian army 2.0 armed with western supplied weapons and they’re tearing through that at a pretty good pace. NATO countries are now cannabalizing their own armies to supply Ukraine.
So kudo to Ukraine for putting on a show for western taxpayers to rally around and open up their hearts and wallets for Ukraine but it means fuck all for the outcome of this war.
Vanya –today Sergey Shoigu stated at the SCO that Russia is intentionally going slow in order to reduce civilian causalities so that’s official not the rubbish from Paid Posters that “Ukraine is winning ” .
You know full well Ukraine puts its artillery in residential areas in the hope that Russia will kill a lot of civilians and that makes good AMERICAN propaganda – I hope you get that ?
Shoigu has no military experience what so ever, he is book keeper, he knows nothing about military matters. The lack of military success in the field makes that fact all too clear, six months after the start of hostilities the enemy still bombs the civilians of Donetsk.
Neither had his predecessor – your thinking of WW2-Generals Yeremenko and Chuikov along with Zhukov– remember Yeremenko was a peasant to begin with.
And thanks to that garbage Russia still suffers from a demographic crisis. Like it or not Russia has never had an effective military, all through their history their lack of military ability has held them back.

An army that never attacks the rear of the enemy but insists on only attacking the enemy head on can’t win many battles or much territory. Either the Russian General Staff are idiots or the lack of success is intentional and political in some unfathomable manner.
The military situation in Ukraine is that there are no supply routes into Kherson and the shitty Russian army is fully encircled. Ukrainian forces are retaking Kherson slowly but surely. Then Crimea comes next. The Russian dream of world domination turned into cow shit.
