odessa won’t be taken by force, by the time russian troops enters the oblast, ukrainian military will already have collapsed. ukraine is sending all it’s forces to hold the front in eastern ukraine/donbass, when that fails, it will mean they have barely any troops/equipment left. my prediction would be : june 2026 – all of donbass captured + half of kharkov + all zaporozhye, 4th quarter 2026 – russia crosses the dnieper, takes kherson, 2nd quarter 2027 -russia enters odessa oblast.
