While watching Donbass get bombed for eight years the “Russian” government needed to spend money on training and supplying a modern army, instead they put 360 billion dollars in a bank in New York and gave money to Israelis to buy one mega yacht after another. Russia seemingly have lost the ability to engage in joint arms operations, they never gained the ability to call in air strikes while combat is going on, and they absolutely refuse to supply their troops with an adequate number of artillery recon drones and counter battery radars. They say they care about their people yet refuse to invest in properly defending and protecting their people. This whole operation is like watching some war between 3rd world Nations, it is like Iraq vs Iran, same lack of technology, same low skill troops, and similar measly outcomes on the battle field.
