this losses are so much to high. why they do not going in to defense? it seems to me that there troops are without a greater plan. but when it is for pure survival why not keep low in good defense positions?
giving up would be an admission of defeat. and the ukrainians also hope to improve their positions so they can re-release their greatest offensive of all time come the next summer.
