The bombardment of the electrical system in Ukraine is the most successful action. Today Ukraine committed that they are forced to shut down some regions from the circuit. If Russia keeps bombing the system there will be no electric train, water, heating… for Ukraine. Let’s see how long the folk will stay pro Selensky and pro war.
Even the political environment chances now in favor of Russia. Great Britain is blockaded by political intrigues for the big game how will get next prime Minister. I think they have no political majorities to support Ukraine as long as they argue with theself. In USA republican party asks about the money Biden has sent to Ukraine. You can assume that Biden will lose majority in Senate and house of representatives. The republican party is more worried about economic issues and us debts than a war in Europe. And if USA stops supporting Ukraine EU states will be afraid of doing it alone.
My prediction is that in the next year either Russia will gain military upper hand again and make a successful end to the special operation or both sides will be exhausted and start to peace negotiations.
Conclusion: Russia can win or change the war if it will overcome the problems till next spring and not losing all its ground in Ukraine.

Target things that are important to have, but not too difficult to repair. The main goal should be to immobilize the AFU and cut their communications and supply lines, not kill all the Ukrainians. After that, the frontline troops should give up because they should run out of ammo and don’t know where to aim, anyway. The main problem I can see, is that those “nationalists” seem to keep shooting anyone who considers surrender in the back, but even they need to eat. Conquer all of Ukraine this way and then repair things.
