Can Ukraine do a successful Kherson counter offensive?
Let’s make some calculations. Russia have around 17 BTG-s in the Kherson region, which accounts for approximately 13,600 soldiers. Generally to make a successful offensive, the attacker needs a 3 to 1 advantage in terms of manpower.
Which means that Ukraine would need at least 40,800 troops. However this assumes that they have the same firepower, but in reality Russia have a huge advantage in terms of equipment, especially in artillery and armored vehicles. So Ukraine would need 6 to 1 more boots on the ground. That’s 81,600 troops.
Ukraine currently have 64 active brigades, each consist of around 3,000 soldiers. That’s 192,000 combatants. So Ukraine would have to transfer 42.55% of their active forces to the Kherson region to have a chance at a successful counter attack. Transferring so much manpower would seriously weaken their positions everywhere else on the front.
Even if they succeed, their losses would be very or extremely high. So from a strategical and military perspective, this whole attack doesn’t make too much sense.
Putin should realise the morbid fear of all western bloc countries who are all aware of their unforgivable violations of international laws committed within Ukrainian territory that they fiercely deny until now despite the credible strong undesputable evidences uncovered by RF SMO, the crimes they want to keep secret in eternity which can be divulged and disclosed by Kiev’s personnel and military once the stream of cash from the west stops flowing into these Ukronazis who are holding the key to crucify the Western bloc nations, These filthy secrets are being held hostage by Kiev to squeeze ransom from the two masterminds leading the pack, no other than the US&UK dubbed as the center of global terrorism.

Another reason may be that Ukraine morale is so low, they now have to make their amry think they will start taking back land or many soldiers just don’t want to be on a continuous defense and dying.
If I was in the Ukraine army and told that, we have no chance of taking anything back, and will keep losing. There is no way I’m going to go fight and die just to stall Russia. I would say, lets just surrender.

Zelenskyy will never be able to mount his beloved offensive to retake Kherson, there still plenty of pro-Russia agents in his regime and plenty of pro-Russia spotters behind Ukrainian defense lines.
