- On November 28, a 14 year old Palestinian was shot dead by Israeli regime forces in Tubas;
- On November 28, Israeli bulldozers demolished a Palestinian house in the Yata area of Hebron;
- On November 28, 35 Palestinians were arrested by Israeli forces. The total number of arrested people since October 17 reached 3290;
- On November 28, Israeli forces raided the Dahshia camp in Bethlehem and wounded four Palestinians. Israeli forces arrested six people including a woman.
