Clashes between the Saudi-UAE-led coalition and the Houthis (also known as Ansar Allah) have been ongoing in the northern and western parts of Yemen. The main efforts of the coalition are focused on attempts to achieve some progress in the vicinity of port city of al-Hudaydah. Despite multiple previous failures the coalition is still seeking to capture this key logistical hub and to cut off maritime supply lines of the Houthi-led forces.
