- Russian forces eliminated 190 servicemen, two battle tanks, two armoured vehicles, and three motor vehicles in the Southern Donetsk area;
- Russian forces eliminated 70 servicemen, one infantry fighting vehicle, and three motor vehicles in Kherson region;
- Russian air defense systems shot down 105 Ukrainian drones over the past day;
- Russian air defense systems shot down four HIMARS MLRS projectiles over the past day.

taking lastockyne and orlivka would make life impossible in 4 other villages. russia has momentum in advijivka area, only time will tell if they can capitalize on that. if they can press on the offensive, ukraine will have to draw troops from other areas weakening their defence and again offering more possibilities for advancement. russian generals should capitalize on this.
at present ukraine has huge troubles getting fresh recruits and many of the troops fighting have been in the line up to 2 years with no relief. many have fled the war to europe. ukraine does not want to enlist those in their twenties, because ukrainian population pyramid looks like an hourglass. google it. people in their 20’s are around 3 times less, than men in their 40’s. if men in their 20’s die, there will be no ukraine.

you give them quite some credit for thinking they lasted 2 years. i think about 60% or more of their combat ready troops are not volunteers
