A new pandemic is on the horizon. This is claimed by sources in the Russian government. to. According to Igor Kirillov, commander of the Russian army’s RCBZ troops, “the United States has started preparing for a new pandemic by looking for mutations of the virus. We do not exclude the use by the United States of so-called defensive technologies for offensive purposes, as well as for global management purposes by creating crisis situations of a biological nature.”
The creation of a specific department, which reports directly to the White House, rang the alarm bell. In fact, the Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy was established at the end of July of this year. There is no doubt for Moscow: that body is preparing a new pandemic by mutating viruses.
Washington’s assessments are of the opposite sign, which has entrusted the leadership of OPPRP to an expert military such as Commander Paul Fredrichs, 37 years of career with experience also as a liaison officer between the US armed forces and NATO. Fredrichs – as the United States’ representative to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization Committee of Military Medical Chiefs – worked closely with many of America’s closest allies and partners throughout the pandemic and in developing medical support to the Ukrainian military.
According to Kirillov, however, the department has other purposes, which officially has the task of working on the creation of vaccines and drugs to stop viruses and their genetically modified variants, as well as the introduction of advanced technologies in bioproduction.
“The next step for the United States to implement its strategic plans for establishing global biological control was the creation of the Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy. It is assumed that the new structure will be responsible for setting the course and coordinating actions for combat known and unknown biological challenges, including pathogens, that could trigger another global emergency” , is the reflection of the Russian commander.
Based on these assessments, the Russian military believes that in this way the United States has begun to prepare for a new pandemic by looking for mutations of the virus.
Concerns about a new pandemic are magnified by more data collected by the head of Russia’s radiation, chemical and biological protection troops.
Why did representatives of the American organization Eco-Health Alliance study more than 2.5 thousand bats in search of new strains of coronavirus? The international community demands to know the reasons for these studies. For Kirillov, however, these experiments smack of a threat.
“A key role in the implementation of projects to study this pathogen belongs to the intermediary organization Eco-Health Alliance. Since 2015, specialists of this company have been studying the diversity of the bat population, looking for new strains of coronavirus and mechanisms for the their transmission from animals to humans, in total, more than 25 thousand individuals,” said the chief of troops RBCZ.
Kirillov recalled that on October 18, 2019, two months before the first official reports of the emergence of a coronavirus infection in China, Johns Hopkins University held the Event-201 exercise in New York, during which actions in an epidemic of a previously unknown coronavirus, which, according to legend, was transferred from bats to humans through an intermediate host – the body of a pig.
“The development of the pandemic exactly according to this scenario, as well as the implementation of projects by the company Eco-Health Alliance, raise questions about the possible deliberate nature of COVID-19 and the involvement of the United States in this incident,” concluded the chief of troops RCBZ.
