When one thinks that it cannot be worse, the mainstream media always rushes to help. Now, mainstream outlest are fueling speculations that Moscow is preparing to fuel a “racial war” in the US.
Russia wished and still wishes to sow “racial discord” in the US, according to alleged Russian documents reviewed by NBC News.
The documents, as per usual in recent MSM accusations of international Russian misconduct, involve “Putin’s Chef” Yevgeny Prigozhin. He was indicted by Special Counsel Robert Mueller for influence operations against the US, during his 3-year investigation that found no traces of any Russian meddling.
The alleged Russian documents were allegedly shared between associates of Prigozhin and they outlined plans to “manipulate and radicalize African Americans.”
Some of the documents were allegedly sent by Dzheykhun “Jay” Aslanov, an employee of the Internet Research Agency, the St. Petersburg-based “troll farm” that was accused of playing a role in the 2016 Russian meddling campaign. He was also indicted by Mueller. The plan was allegedly shared with Mikhail Potepkin, a Russian businessman. Both Potepkin and Aslanov were linked to Prigozhin by conjecture more than anything.
These allleged plans show that Prigozhin’s mythical network sought to exploit racial tensions and Russia’s “evil plan” goes far beyond simply spreading misinformation around the 2016 election.
The supposed documents were provided by the Dossier Center, a London-based “investigative project” funded by none other than exiled Russian oligarch Mikhail Khodorkovsky. NBC News has exercised no effort whatsoever to independently verify the materials, “but forensic analysis by the Dossier Center appeared to substantiate the communications.”
As per the description of the Dossier Center, it “tracks the criminal activity of various people associated with the Kremlin. Currently, power in Russia is held by a de facto criminal organization that operates from within Kremlin. This criminal organization consists of a complex web of individuals, ranging from high-ranking politicians to regional police chiefs.”
It should be reminded that Khodorkovsky is also the individual who funded the misadventures of the “Russian journalists” in the Central African Republic, that were allegedly killed while investigating the mythical Wagner Group. The official and more realistic explanation is that they were killed by militants after they left the government-controlled territory. Additionally, the killed persons had no press credentials despite claiming to be in a journalist trip. Unsubstantiated claims even said that “shady police officers with Russian links” tracked them.
Regardless, one of the “revealed” documents said that US President Donald Trump’s election had “deepened conflicts in American society” and suggested that, if successful, the influence project would “undermine the country’s territorial integrity and military and economic potential.”
Therein were also proposed of how to exacerbate the racial discord in the future, including a suggestion to recruit African Americans and transport them to camps in Africa “for combat prep and training in sabotage.”
These trained recruits would then be returned to the US to sow discord and violence and attempt to establish a in the South, particularly in South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. Which would be interesting since some of these states rank amongst the most racist.
Taking into account that hate crimes in major US cities are on the rise for the 5th year in a row, so Russia’s alleged plan is almost completely done, without Prigozhin even lifting a finger.
The MSM admitted that there is no evidence that the alleged plan was ever even existed or initiated, but this did not stop NBC News from conclusiotn that it “offers a fresh example of the mindset around Russian efforts to sow discord in the US.”
The documents are reportedly titled “Development Strategy of a Pan-African State on U.S. Territory,” and it suggests the idea of recruiting African Americans who are poor and preferably former prisoners, “who have experience in organized crime groups” as well as members of “radical black movements for participation in civil disobedience actions.”
The goal was to “destabilize the internal situation in the U.S.”
The documents were reviewed by Frank Figliuzzi, a former assistant director of counterintelligence at the FBI and an NBC News contributor. He claimed that these were a warning to the US that should be heeded.
“Regardless of whether or not these plans are an amateurish thought experiment, the fact that these people are talking about doing this should disturb Americans of all stripes,” Figliuzzi said.
“The unfortunate reality is that we’re seeing an adversary that will consider virtually anything to get what it wants, and if it means violence or splitting America along racial lines or eroding our trust in institutions, they’ll do it.”
A separate “revealed” document is a map of the US overlaid with information of African American population sizes in specific states. The map lists the number of subscribers to websites and social media accounts that were set up by Russian trolls at the Internet Research Agency to spread race-baiting rhetoric.

Rep. Val Demings, a member of the House Intelligence Committee, who was briefed on the documents, said they highlight how ongoing racial issues in the U.S. can be used in misinformation efforts.
“Russia understands how critical the African American vote is to determining the outcome of elections,” said Demings. “And because we have not effectively dealt with racism as a country ourselves, I believe we’ve made ourselves vulnerable to foreign powers like Russia to continue to try to undermine.”
In a sharp reversal of direction, the documents discuss how to increase Russia’s influence in Africa and allow it to win more business there from selling weapons to mining. The efforts would attempt to present the US and Europe in a bad light within Africa, to make them less popular, because currently – opinion on them is so high in the region.
This is standard for Prigozhin’s circle, according to Andrei Soldatov, “an expert on Russian intelligence and author of “The Red Web,” a book on Russian information warfare.”
“This is typical of the way Prigozhin and his team operate,” Soldatov said. “They come up with pitches, some of them very ambitious. They discuss many possible ideas and then send the pitches to the Kremlin to be authorized or rejected. It’s their modus operandi.”
“Even though these kinds of initiatives from the Russians aren’t new to us, what is new is the rapidity with which they can get this message out on social media and saturate the American consumer with these kinds of thoughts,” said Figliuzzi, the former FBI official. “That puts the Russian initiative on steroids and should scare all of us.”
In fact these “documents” are just a summary of all recent rumors, myths and speculations over Russia’s presence in Africa and activity towards the US made by the side with a clear anti-Russian agenda. Does somebody believe that exiled Russian Oligarch Khodorkovsky, who openly states that his goal is to overthrow the Russian government, has no political agenda?
These reports, by pure accident surely, coincide with US intelligence agencies’ worries that Russia might “once again” interfere in the upcoming 2020 elections. This time assisted by China. Surprisingly, Saudi Arabia and Israel, the countries that openly meddle in the US political process appear unmentioned.
To top it all off, in August 2018, the NYT reported that Russian trolls allegedly tried to sow discord via the vaccine debate.
Finally, it allegedly interfered in the election in not 1 or 2, but 20 African countries, according to Proekt.
So if any of this is true Russia is sparing no effort to attempt and “sow discord” from every possible direction, but also making all of these efforts quite apparent and easy do track and discover.
