Nasrallah Vows To Shoot Down Israeli Drones Over Lebanon, Respond To Airstrikes On Damascus

Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah during ceremony on August 25 commemorating Hezbollah victory over ISIS and al-Qaeda on the Syrian-Lebanese border two years ago.

Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah has held Israel responsible for the recent drone strike on the Lebanese capital, Beirut, and the airstrikes on Damascus, Syria.

The Lebanese leader vowed to shoot down Israeli drones flying over Lebanon saying that Hezbollah will prevent Tel Aviv from repeating the aggression path it recently followed against the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Units (PMU).

“The time at which Israeli war jets used to strike targets in Lebanon while the usurping entity in Palestine kept safe has ended,” the al-Manar TV quoted the Nasrallah as saying during a ceremony on August 25 commemorating Hezbollah victory over ISIS and al-Qaeda on the Syrian-Lebanese border two years ago.

Early in the morning, two Israeli drones, one acting as a spotter and the other rigged with explosives attacked a media center of Hezbollah in the Southern Suburb of the Lebanese capital.

Nasrallah also vowed that Hezbollah will respond to the recent Israeli airstrikes on Damascus, which killed two fighters of the Lebanese group.

The Israeli military claimed that the airstrikes targeted Iranian forces preparing to launch “killer drones” at its positions. However, Nasrallah said that the targets were rest and recreation centers of Hezbollah.

“Wait for our response which may take place at any time on the borders and beyond the borders,” the Lebanese leader said in a direct threat to Israeli troops.

Since 2006, Hezbollah has responded to every Israeli attack on its troops in Lebanon, or in Syria. Tel Aviv will likely take Nasrallah’s threats very seriously.

i would think that this is the proper response and proper way to respond to the khazarians in ghettoland.

Patriot Patrol

He specifically said drones and made no mention of Israeli war jets because he knows he can’t do shit

If he meant business he would have immediately retaliated, what a bitch

RichardD

They can probably destroy a lot of the IAF on the ground before they even get in the air.

Patriot Patrol

They’ve never even hurt an IAF jet before lols

Zionism = EVIL

Largely a FACTUAL statement, however one Zionist F-16I was downed by a fluke SA-2 strike a couple of years ago over the occupied Golan, since then the Ruskie and Syrian supposed S-300 and 400 are being used as decoration pieces and flower pots and done fuckall at daily Zionist air strikes all across the region now. As an old professional soldier raised with notions of honor, such collective cowardice is beyond belief.

Patriot Patrol

Israel is waiting for Hezbollahs retaliation so they can launch the war, the question is will Hezbollah pussy out, the Iranians already have

Icarus Tanović

Yeah, they can and get theirs ass kicked. As for Israeli mighty jets, remember that super fly f35 that was downed by Syria? Nowadays Hezbollah have some AA surprises for Zionistic jets.

David Parker

The F-35 was barely a military-industrial-congressional wet dream when the US military was destroying Yugoslavia. It was an F-117 Goblin that was shot down. That was the war that pumped cash and new life into NATO by transforming it from a supposed defensive alliance against the USSR into a US rubber-stamp “coalition” to attack of lightly defended peoples who live on top of valuable natural resources. It was Clinton’s introduction of the “humanitarian bombing” concept or how to make a war crime sound like a good thing.

Icarus Tanović

Only good thing that Nato did then was bringing down Milosevic.

David Parker

That was not a good thing. Naser Oric and Franjo Tudjman started the war, were real demons guilty of atrocities, war crimes and crimes against humanity and got away with it.

Icarus Tanović

Naser started a War? He was not in power nor in position to start anything. Tudjman did, and you’re very right there that he got away, almost got away. He was as guilty as Milosevic, but all of them together with sda party are pretty guilty. Istebegovic just pour some more gasoline on fire. And all of them were CIA payed and inaugurated.

David Parker

My mistake. Oric just liked to torture Serb villagers to death and even bragged about the people he had tormented to death. Now he burns for eternity, but I want the story told to awaken Americans to what the US deep state does in our name. This has been going on since before the Mexican American War, then Lincoln made the “federal” government into a platform for empire, and then Teddy Roosevelt established the US empire.

Icarus Tanović

Sorry, Naser is alive an well.

David Parker

Eternity awaits him and all like him who escape justice on this earth.

RichardD

Everyone recognizes that the Jews are rabid. The best way to deal with them is a regional coalition armed with nukes that out mans and out guns them 10 to 1. So that the US stays out of it and the Jew problem gets corrected.

Zionism = EVIL

There will be no retaliation as Hezbollah, Iran and all Arabs are cowards.

David Parker

I would not call Hezbollah cowards. Quite the contrary, just ask the IDF who invaded Lebanon and Hezbollah drove them back out.

RichardD

I’ve asked you more than once to show us your Rambo plan so that we can laugh at it. But all you ever do is say what everyone is doing wrong without saying what they should be doing and how it would play out.

Zionism = EVIL

Men tend to fight back and not be used as a punching back.

RichardD

Like I said, they’re killing 100 of the Jew’s Yinon plan regime change terrorists, including Mossad and IDF, for every Iranian that dies.

Zionism = EVIL

I will give you the benefit of the doubt as deep down you are a pretty decent human being and let’s see what happens in the next 6 months. I hope I am wrong, but don’t expect the Iranians or Hezbollah to fight back.

RichardD

The Syrian government coalition, which includes Iran and Hezbollah, is killing the Jew’s Yinon plan regime change terrorists every day and has been for years.

You told me over 6 months ago that time was going to prove you right about the Russians. Instead it proved you wrong and reaffirmed what I told you at the time that you had it wrong.

Zionism = EVIL

How was I wrong, the Turkeys are still occupying Syria and now the Zionists are bombing Lebanon with impunity. Not a single Russian S-400 or even a firecracker has been fired. I hope I am wrong.

RichardD

Your point at the time was that Syria was being partitioned and Russia was in the fix. That’s now obviously not happening. And even then I pointed out that despite the DMZ deconfliction agreement the Russians were hitting the terrorists every day.

RichardD

Notions of honor, what’s more honorable than winning the war? All that you do is criticize the people who are winning the war. The Jews and their lackeys are losing the war. And hopefully getting the Jew problem solved is next on the agenda.

Zionism = EVIL

You must be kidding, who is winning, Syria is destroyed along with Iraq and Iran is on the verge of disintegration as the dumbass mullahs have played he last of the non-existent “nuclear program”. Why do think the Iranian cowards don’t retaliate? as Zionists kill them every day with impunity. Truth is harsh.

RichardD

Russia is winning the war, as are the rest of the Syrian government coalition. Who were losing until Russia got involved and turned them from losers to winners. The Syrian government coalition are killing 100 of the Jew’s Yinon plan regime change terrorists, which I’m assuming includes Mossad and IDF, for every Iranian that dies.

Zionism = EVIL

Your optimism is great, but as old warhorse I don’t see any hope for Syria as Russia is in Jew pockets and will only support the Zionists. I am sorry to say that it is great humiliation even for a coward not to fight back. Just watch how the emboldened Zionists now attack Lebanon again and will bomb Yemen and eventually Iran. The repressed Iranian people will suffer more, perhaps they deserve it for being so cowardly.

RichardD

It’s not optimism, it’s a 100 to 1 kill ratio as the Yinon plan terrorists die in mass. You’re ignoring it, I’m not.

Zionism = EVIL

For your sake I hope your optimism is well placed because you are decent person and mean well. I am not that hopeful though that the Zionists will ease up on their attacks. Humans only sadly understand strength. As an officer candidate a long time ago, I took a course THE MAN and history of warfare and violence for the sake of domination. Only the aggressive survive as the old SAS motto sums it up, WHO DARES WINS. Unless one fights back, then there is only more aggression.

RichardD

Yah, I get it. That’s why so many terrorists have died and continue to die. You ignore it, I don’t. You don’t acknowledge the terrorists as being Jew puppets. I do.

Zionism = EVIL

Of course they are getting killed. ISIS is a JEW project as I have posted on various occasions. But this war will never end unless the Russians stop colluding with the Zionists and mongrel ErDOGAN.

https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/823f61b52941dd3b765a209bde8323ce1c12e91e9f2117ef43ef5793f175363b.jpg

RichardD

The Russians have cleared 60% of Syria, soon to be 70%, and the NE is heading for collapse with the Iraqis cutting off the US. You’re ignoring that, I’m not.

Zionism = EVIL

Like I said, the Americunts and their Turkey and Kurd turd proxies control over 35% of Syria and they will be there in 6 months. Time will tell.

RichardD

The momentum clearly isn’t in their favor. They’re losing Idlib and the NE is a lot shakier than it was before with the Iraqis turning on the Israelistan project.

David Parker

I would say Zionist. It is the Zionist agenda to kill everyone else and take over the world, their chief aim to get the Christians and Muslims to kill each other.

Martin Petrovski

I will again deconstruc your statment one point at a time. “Largely a FACTUAL statement, however one Zionist F-16I was downed by a fluke SA-2 strike a couple of years ago over the occupied Golan” 1. The missile witch shot down the F-16I was a SA-5 aka a S-200 2.It was not a fluke the aircraft entered in Syrian airspace and go shot down

“since then the Ruskie and Syrian supposed S-300 and 400 are being used as decoration pieces and flower pots and done fuckall at daily Zionist air strikes all across the region now”

well considering the fact that after the 2018 F16I incedent no IAF aircraft has ever entered Syrian airspace it seems the S-200 is doing a good job at dettering them let alone a S-300.

” As an old professional soldier raised with notions of honor, such collective cowardice is beyond belief.” that explaines your arrogance and close minded aggresive thinking and complete lach of knowlage of rules of ingaigment.

RichardD

They didn’t have precision missiles in 06, now they do.

dutchnational

Being simple minded is no excuse for spreading BS.

RichardD

What is simple minded and bs?

Zionism = EVIL

Richard, don’t take it personally but you are a mullah and Jew Putin fan boy for a cowardly lost cause. People who don’t fight for their rights tend to lose them. The Russian Jew Putin is playing the idiot Assad. Don’t get insulting but that is the sad truth, I wish it were otherwise. Iran is a shithole and the moron NasrAllah hides in a bunker and makes usual Arab style rosy speeches while Zionist hit Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, Gaza and soon Yemen and Iran itself.

Free man

He means you are stupid and you write nonsense.

RichardD

What stupidity and nonsense is that?

Zionism = EVIL

There are lot of naive cheerleaders here and they get upset if you tell them the TRUTH. The FACT is that the Iranians, Arabs and Hezbollah is all hot air, largely because they are corrupt, self serving and simply cowards. As I have said before the illiterate corrupt Iranian mullahs have destroyed the once potentiall Iranian economy and got Iran involved in zero sum Arab conflicts.

Lena Jones

Blah blah “naive” conclusion from you before the war has even started. Your ‘other’ blindspot is that you cannot distinguish between Gulf Arabs and Levant Arabs. You just lump all ’em Arabs into your single rotten basket. For a supposed ‘wise old man’ that you claim you are, you certainly deduce like a silly over-caffeinated teenager.

Free man

He is mostly crazy.

RichardD

You’re a liar. You’ve yet to disprove anything that I’ve written. You even run away from debating the issues with me because you know that you’l lose and make a fool out of yourself in the process.

Free man

You have a serious mental problem. I hope you are incarcerated in a psychiatric institution. Only a mentally disturbed person, like you, can write that the official news agency of Iran encourages pedophilia, and the former Iranian president is involved in pedophilia offenses against Iran’s children.

RichardD

Copy and paste what I’ve written and try to disprove it. You can’t, so you won’t even try. You’ll just hide behind false accusations like the intellectual coward that you are.

Icarus Tanović

He is mentally disturbed, that is why that troll is blocked by me.

Real Anti-Racist Action

That is like putting down George Washington because he could not do shit against the UK-empires fleet of ships. Never the less he still won freedom for his people and push the enemy back. Nasrallah is the modern George Washington.

FlorianGeyer

Funnily enough a US warship did attack and land troops for a short while in Britain when the ship, commanded by John Paul Jones, raided Whitehaven during the American War of Independence .

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Paul_Jones

PZIVJ

France was more than happy to supply Jones with a ship sailed from France. This is interesting history. :)

David Parker

The Bonhomme Richard. I was a retrofitted merchantman, but John Paul Jones was able to use it to take over the HMS Serapis in the battle that sent the Bonhomme Richard to the bottom.

FlorianGeyer

Sadly , history is ignored in most nations, whether in be by intent or lack of interest by educators.

History of nations and their ever changing religious, political and military alliances are the prime reason that the military adventures of aggressive nations do not always go to plan.

I enjoy reading all opinions of history and somewhere in that melange of facts is the most probable truth.

Patriot Patrol

George Washington didn’t hide in a hole after getting his ass kicked

Try again

Lena Jones

The only hole you know about is your boyfriend’s.

Icarus Tanović

Ahahahqhahahahahahahahahaha

Icarus Tanović

Have you ever heard, I guess you have heard of film ‘Asshole patrol’?

RichardD

The Americans fought the UK navy extensively, they wouldn’t have won the war if they didn’t do it successfully.

David Parker

Just for the record, George Washington and the traditional Continental Army could not win a single battle against the British until the French under Lafayette joined him to defeat Cornwallis. It was the militia and primarily the Dutch militia that kept the British bottled up in the cities and cost them so dearly they finally agreed to cease hostilities. Typical of figureheads, Washington got a lot of military credit he didn’t earn. Benedict Arnold actually won battles against the British until he got tired of being shafted.

Ronald Whittaker

alot of people didn’t know that i was surprised to learn it when i did we nearly traded one tyrant for the other thank goodness for Quincy Adams

Zionism = EVIL

The Arabs are very good at flowery speeches and hyperbole and have collective delusions. They will do NOTHING and will keep getting bombed and treated like shit, perhaps such cowardly people deserve it.

ruca

You’re calling Hezbolla cowardly???!

David Parker

You have to bear in mind Americans have not a clue what has been going on in the world. They know nothing of the IDF getting its ass kicked by Hezbollah the last time Israel invaded Lebanon. The talking heads focus American attention on queers and transgenders and welfare bums and movie stars and sports.

Zionism = EVIL

Absolutely, it has been hit over 300 times and now Zionists are bombing its headquarters in South Beirut and the rosy speech maker Nasrallah is hiding in a bunker.

ruca

Does 2006 ring a bell?

Icarus Tanović

He mentioned ‘The Israeli War Jets’ specifically.

David Parker

This will be very interesting if Hezbollah can take out IAF jets and capture surviving pilots. That will provide bait for an IDF trap. Hezbollah is used to fighting without air cover. Imagine if they have developed an air defense. This could be why Israel has been so busy attacking Syria. When the days of IAF invulnerability end, we might see Israel suddenly interested in developing a live and let live policy with the neighbors.

RichardD

“Hezbollah… has acquired advanced Russian anti-aircraft weapons systems that were given by the Russian military to the Syrian armed forces …The SA-17 Buk missile battery is a game changer and will directly threaten Israeli aircraft operating in northern Israel and the region.”

– Hezbollah acquires advance Russian air-defense systems –

https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/apr/8/l-todd-wood-hezbollah-acquires-advance-russian-air/

“Syria has armed Hezbollah with it’s own advanced air defense missile systems, Pantsir S-1, which has been acquired by SAA from Russia and delivered to Lebanon.”

– The air defense systems possessed by Hezboullah party of Lebanon –

https://defence.pk/pdf/threads/the-air-defense-systems-possessed-by-hezboullah-party-of-lebanon.538928/

David Parker

Thanks for the information. So, in fact, the Israeli’s have been trying to stop Iranian missiles getting to Hezbollah! The BUK and the Pantsir work, but alone can be overwhelmed by low-cost rockets. I wonder what the Iranians have cooked up in the way of air defense … . This is getting high tech. Hezbollah is going to have to learn to operate radar and communications.

RichardD

Hezbollah can operate the systems. But they shouldn’t have to carry the burden alone. Israel needs to be put in box to stop the Yinon plan machinations and attacks.

This includes staying out of Lebanese airspace, and stopping the attacks on it’s neighbors. Right now they have escalation dominance over any individual neighbor. They’ll lose that against a regional coalition that networks together.

The IAF isn’t going to challenge joint Turkish, Syrian, Russian air patrols over Lebanon. And once the Syrian war is won. The Syrian government coalition, SAA, SAF and SADF will be in a much stronger position to respond to Israeli attacks from a position of strength.

The Israelis will back off against Syria just like they avoid attacking Iran. Because the price of losing aircraft and precision missile strikes on their bases and infrastructure will be to high.

JustPassingThrough

Seems to be a bit of a disconnect doesn’t it. Unless there is more to it than we know??

Harry Smith

While Syria is at war, last thing the Lebanon or Hezbollah needs is a war with Israel. Now it is time to prepare Hezbollah fighters. The war will be later, I think.

RichardD

Nobody needs a war with Israel. But war is and always has been Israel’s policy, as their history and these strikes show. The Yinon plan of keeping everyone in the region at everyone’s throats so that they don’t gang up against Israel has worked. And changing that is how to overcome Israel and get the problem corrected with a regional coalition armed with nukes that heavily out mans and out guns the IDF and is more than the US wants to mess with.

The Jews will try to strangle it economically, but with the SCO capable of providing everything that the west used to have a monopoly on, that will be tough to do. As Venezuela is proving. Victim states will just pick up their toys and go someplace else to play where the sand box isn’t filled with Jew world order bullies and a–holes.

Harry Smith

But it is still unwise to start the war with Israel, right now. Sometimes, it is better to lose your reputation or even some of your personnel, instead of loosing thousands of your people.

RichardD

It depends on who they get into a war with. Syria has enough fire power to inflict equal damage on Israel. Hezbollah also can do a lot of damage. Iraq less so.

I agree that now isn’t a good time to go to to toe with the IDF. But another Golan smack down might be helpful.

Lena Jones

He didn’t mention ‘jets’ cuz he’s an expert at playing psychological warfare with idiot jews like you! Keep guessing mothereffer! NOTHING in Israel is untouchable by the hezb.

Zionism = EVIL

Not really, that is just a cowardly cop-out by the corrupt ranting mullahs from Beirut to Tehran. The FACT is that the Zionist scum have attacked Iraq, Iran, Syria, Lebanon and almost every Arab shithole with impunity since 1948. They destroyed Iraq’s nascent nuclear program, killed Iranian scientists, annexed large amount of Arab lands, including Palestine, Golan, Sheba Farms and so on, and what have the Arab and Persian idiots done FUCKALL! Now they are killing Arabs and Persian cowards daily. This has to be the most disgraceful display of collective cowardice in the history of humanity. No further comments are required for the obvious hot air by hiding Nasrallah who is losing all credibility and Lebanon and Hezbollah will be hit soon again.

RichardD

Israel wouldn’t exist without the US. And there are limits to US support.

gustavo

It is very hard to see where those limits are (USS-Liberty).

RichardD

Is it?

You can start with 2334, add the lack of a mutual defense pact, and go from there.

charliematerne

2334 was a political statement, not a statement of law, it has no legal effect

RichardD

2334 is a UNSC resolution. Recognized as international law by the ICJ.

charliematerne

How did the ICJ manage that trick that would be in violation of the UN Charter and the ICJ’s own Charter

RichardD

You haven’t disproven anything that I’ve written. Because you can’t. So you don’t even try. –

RichardD

There’s no trick involved. They looked and the law and evidence and issued the ruling. I’ve already provided an expert opinion on the matter which you’ve yet to disprove. Because you can’t. Because you’re trying to bs your way around court decisions that disprove your contentions.

charliematerne

I have read your Wiki post, it mentions no ” expert opinion ” and names no “experts” . Which “court decisions ” are you referring to?

RichardD

The Wiki article is supported by many footnotes that meet the evidence standard of expert opinion.

charliematerne

The UN Charter is much more of an expert

RichardD

You haven’t quoted anything from the charter to support your claims. Because it doesn’t.

charliematerne

I gave you a reference to the entire Chapter VI and Chapter VII that govern SC resolutions. That you do not like that response would seem to be your personal problem

RichardD

The ICJ has looked at 6 and 7 and doesn’t agree with you. Which is why they’ve issued decisions that don’t support your claims.

charliematerne

When did the do that? What “decision” do you continually refer to without any support from any facts? What Article of the UN Charter or the Court Charter gives the ICJ the legal authority to change the UN Charter?

RichardD

I never said that they operated outside any charter. You’re the one who keeps alluding to it, not me. The ICJ issued the wall decision based in part on the charter, including 6 and 7. They know it inside out. Which is why they ruled against Israel on the wall, and agreed to allow Palestine to petition the court on Jerusalem: https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/a5be7918ed26d49385870e03d36d0233d5ff3d8bb0f424eddcc05a1c6236a02e.png https://www.icj-cij.org/files/case-related/176/176-20180928-PRE-01-00-EN.pdf

charliematerne

Ah, yes, the infamous “Wall OPINION” not “decision” That would be the one where the ICJ exceeded its authority and rewrote Article 51 of the Charter, openly said that “Palestine” is NOT a “state” and said that Israel should just shoot the “Palestinian” terrorists to protect its citizens rather than try to stop terrorist murderers. Many International Law experts called it “Ipsy dixit” rather than a legal opinion. PS: Ipsy dixit is a legal term mean, basically, because I said so, somewhat the same argument your mother probably used on you, rather than anything based on law. But that was a nice try.

RichardD

Israel lost the case. And has never had the court’s findings overturned. They could have brought a case to assert their sovereignty over the Palestinian territory in question using your claims. Just like they could over the Golan. But they know that they would lose. So they don’t even try.

The court said that Israel was encroaching on occupied Palestinian territory and that the UN and it’s members are within the law to do what needs to be done to correct the problem.

charliematerne

The Court didn’t return a “finding” it issued an “opinion” and that opinion has been debunked by numerous legal institutions and experts

RichardD

The ICJ used the term finding in the ruling. So yes, it is a finding. And one that can legally be used by UN members as part of resolution enforcement operations

I can cite dissenting opinions all day long, including from some ICJ members, as I illustrated in my quote from the ruling.

It doesn’t change the fact that the ruling went against the vermin Jew baby rapers, that it is based in international law, and that it adds to international case law against Israel.

charliematerne

The ICJ used the term “Advisory Opinion” which in legal terms is neither a “finding” or a “ruling” it is just an “opinion” that has been debunked by numerous legal experts and law schools. They, without authority, rewrote the UN Charter nd other International Laws, based their OPINION on UN nonbinding resolutions rather than on International Law. The OPINION is only useful as a propaganda tool, NOT as a basis for LAW

RichardD

Your dissenting opinion doesn’t change the court’s ruling which has never been overturned. Neither the Israeli government nor any UN member, the SC or GA have even tried to overturn it based on your objections. Almost all of whom agree with this case law and the method used to issue it.

charliematerne

Is that the same UN (SC and GA) whose entire population of 193 states agreed thet Israel extended from the River to the Sea when they signed the Charter?

RichardD

Your misinterpetation of the UN Charter is well known. The baby rapers have argued you faulty arguments for Israel’s entire existence and consistently lost.

charliematerne

Article 80

RichardD

So what’s your point? The Brits turned the mandate back to the UN without having transfered any of their interest to the Jews.

charliematerne

Declaration of the Establishment of the State of Israel (Hebrew: הכרזה על הקמת מדינת ישראל‎), was proclaimed on 14 May 1948, the British planned to dissolve their association with the Mandate August 1, 1948. I’d say Israel beat them to the punch.

RichardD

The mandate was extinguished by the UK. The partition resolution failed. And Israel was admitted as a mandate rump state west of the green line. With the Arabs administering the currently occupied territories east of the green line. The baby rapers never had control beyond the green line from their admission to the UN until the 67 invasion. No one besides Israel has ever recognized that invasion as conferring sovereignty to Israel.

Exactly what in the charter that you keep referring to do you mistakingly think gives Israel sovereignty in the occupied territories?

charliematerne

Israel “extinguished” British control when it issued it declaration, but the Mandate, with its borders was included in the UN Charter along with many others. The Charter is still with us. As for the Green Line, read the Armistice Agreements.

RichardD

Your bulls— is laughable. No competant attorney agrees with this nonsense. The UK government canceled the mandate. It was issued to the UK, not Israel, Israel didn’t exist when it was issued to the UK. It wasn’t Israel’s to cancel. It was turned over to the UN to sort out. At that point the UN was the successor to the UK’s interest, not Israel.

The UK never transfered it’s interest to the Jews. The Jews were given the opportunity to try to get something in place that the UK could transfer it’s interest to. And the Jews subverted the Balfour Declaration, San Remo Resolution and attempts to implement them from day one. They never intended to comply with them. Which is why the Brits never gave them anything transfering the mandate’s sovereignty to them.

Exactly what in the armistice agreement do you think confers sovereignty to Israel east of the green line?

charliematerne

Any ” competant [sic] attorney” would tell you that did not have the legal authority to ” cancel ” the Mandate

charliematerne

Specifically, when did the ICJ call their opinion a “finding”?

RichardD

“The Court began by finding that the General Assembly, which had requested the advisory opinion, was authorized to do so under Article 96, paragraph 1, of the Charter.”

– Legal Consequences of the Construction of a Wall in the Occupied Palestinian Territory –

https://www.icj-cij.org/en/case/131

charliematerne

You, nor they have ever stated how the land of Israel, under international law, magically became “Palestinian Territories”

RichardD

That’s not true. The UN has determined for decades by many resolutions that anything beyond the 67 borders is Palestinian territory. As reaffirmed by ICRC and ICJ decisions.

Your failed arguments to the contrary have been considered and consistently rejected.

charliematerne

Resolutions, by the Charter ARE NOT law. PS: The ICRC can not make law.

RichardD

What part of the charter is that?

charliematerne

A questionable statement of jurisdiction is NOT a “finding” (ruling) of law. You are correct, You are not my law professor, you know nothing about law

RichardD

I wouldn’t say that it’s questionable when almost every judge on the court agrees with it. As does the SC, GA & almost every UN member.

You’re obviously incorrect that the court didn’t find that it had jurisdiction. It’s right in the disposition.

The baby rapers submitted a 246 page brief that challenged the court’s jurisdiction, among other things. And they lost. As anyone using your failed arguments has over and over again.

charliematerne

“SC, GA & almost every UN member.” completely ignores it

RichardD

Ignores what?

RichardD

The international community, ICJ and UNSC have already decided that your Jewish arguments about the mandate and article 80 lack validity:

“At present, based on the result of numerous UN resolutions that cite Article 49 of the Geneva Convention, the consensus view of the international community is that Israeli settlements are illegal and constitute a violation of international law.[9][10][11][l][m] According to the BBC, every government in the world, except Israel, considers the settlements to be illegal.”

– International law and Israeli settlements –

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_law_and_Israeli_settlements#International_legal_opinions

– Territories — Legality of Jewish Settlements –

https://www.mythsandfacts.org/replyonlineedition/chapter-9.html

charliematerne

“The international community, ICJ and UNSC have already decided” that the UN Charter lacks “validity”? That’s interesting.

RichardD

No, they’ve decided that your arguments lack validity. And that their interpretation of the charter and international law is different than yours and that it supports the Palestinians not the Jews. All of your arguments have been rejected by the ICJ and the UNSC.

charliematerne

My “arguments”are a;; based on the words of the Charter. I keep asking you for the specific ICJ and UNSC “rejection” and as yet, you have refused/ been unable to provide any instance of such.

RichardD

You’re making a false allegation. 2334 rejects your claims that the occupied territories belong to Israel. I quoted the exact passage. As does the ICJ decision on the wall:

“In its Opinion, the Court finds unanimously that it has jurisdiction to give the advisory opinion requested by the United Nations General Assembly and decides by 14 votes to 1 to comply with that request.

The Court responds to the question as follows:

“A. By 14 votes to 1,

The UNGA recognises Palestine as a state by resolution within the 67 borders. As does the ICJ which is hearing a case brought by Palestine on Jerusalem. The ICJ only hears cases by nations with governments and borders.

charliematerne

Idiot, read that Wall Opinion again, you will see that you are (again) wrong. The ICJ only considered the question based on a request from the GA and clearly stated that “Palestine” is NOT a state

RichardD

They stated that occupied Palestinian territories are not part of Israel. And that Israel is illegally encroaching on them. Which refutes your claim that they’re part of Israel.

charliematerne

Numerous Legal institutions and law schools disagree with their and your opinion. The Mandate disagrees with your opinion. The UN Charter Article 80 disagrees with your opinion. The peace treaty with Egypt disagrees with your opinion. The Peace treaty with Jordan disagrees with your opinion. The fact that there are no treaties demarking borders of “Palestine” disagrees with your opinion. UNSC 242 disagrees with your opinion. AND the “Palestinians” themselves disagree with your opinion when they talk about a “future” state. Suck it up, you are wrong.

RichardD

You haven’t disproven anything that I’ve written. The ICJ, UNSC, UNGA, ICRC, and the vast majority of UN members all disagree with your claims. And the compilation of all of these decisions constitute the international law the evil blood sucking Jew baby rapers are in chronic violation of and have been for Israel’s entire criminal history. Those are the facts.

charliematerne

” evil blood sucking Jew baby rapers [sic]”? See your doctor, you need help. While you are in his waiting room you can read the report in “The European Journal of International Law Vol. 16 no.5 © EJIL 2006” to see them debunk the “Wall Opinion”. After you return to your meds, we can discus the rest of your rant.

RichardD

The vermin Jew pedophile mass rape 1,000 children worldwide every week using Jew cannibal prostitutes with their vile blood sucking felony oral copulation with a minor Jewish “circumcision” statutory rape ritual. Taking their virginity and infecting some of them with venereal disease, brain damaging and murdering them.

Judaism should be outlawed and the planet dejudified so that it is Jew free. A UN convention should be passed and ratified abolishing Judaism like was done with slavery.

charliematerne

Who do you hate more, Jews or yourself?

RichardD

You’re the one shilling for an evil pedophile cult that felony mass rapes 1,000 children worldwide every week.

charliematerne

The only “evil pedophile cult” is Islam

RichardD

That’s an obvious lie. The Jews are the ones ritually raping 1,000 children every week, not the Muslims.

charliematerne

Ask Europe about their Muslim “migrants”

RichardD

So they have criminals. The Jews are the ones practicing ritual pedophile rape.

charliematerne

“pedophile” like marrying a six year old?

RichardD

She was 19, not 6 according to reports. That’s one questionable case from 1,300 years ago. The Jews are the ones indisputably ritually raping 1,000 children every week. Judaism needs to be outlawed, the synagogues and yeshivas closed and former Jews assimilated into a Jew free society so that Jews go extinct.

charliematerne

Islam’s Qurán disagrees with you. Are you saying the Qurán is a lie?

RichardD

I don’t know one way or another. But it doesn’t matter. The Jews are the vile blood sucking pedophile mass rapists.

charliematerne

Finally, some truth from you, you “don’t know one way or another.”

RichardD

Anyone shilling for a pedophile mass rape cult like you are has some serious mental issues.

charliematerne

None of my Prophets married a 6 year old

RichardD

There’s no verifiable proof that that’s even true. And it has nothing to do with your evil cult raping 1,000 children every week. Which is verifiable.

What you are saying is that European Jews unwanted in Europe could claim to be the Israelite returning home and arrive by the thousands and then they have the UN on their side making a ruling that Palestine must be partitioned for the Palestinians and for the alien European Jews. The alien Jews numbering 650,000 were given 56.6% of Palestine and the indigenous Palestinians – Muslims and Christians – who were twice as many at 1,300,000, were given 44.4%. Who in their right mind would think the indigenous people would find it acceptable. And what is so strange is that the Europe Jew is completely alien to the Middle East. The European Jew never ever was in Palestine until he came as a Zionist in 1882.

Helen4Yemen

https://worldpeace365.files.wordpress.com/2019/08/major-res-etai-pinkas-and-captain-res-yoav-arad-pinkas1.png?w=620

Before international law, 650,000 European Jews entered Palestine. Who allowed them to enter Palestine? Were the indigenous people consulted? The European Jew had made up his mind when the British came in power in Palestine that he was going to go grab Palestine with the blessing of the British. The European Jew is as alien to our region as the Chinese or the Japanese or the Eskimos. We do not know the European Jew and the European Jew does not know us. How then did these goddamned aliens who used to speak Yiddish and cook gefiltah fish wind up stealing Palestine?

Helen4Yemen

On what F-ING basis is the white man known as the Ashkenazi in the Middle East? Is the white man related to us?

RichardD

The other site is blocking my comments. Like this:

RichardD charliematerne 15 hours ago Pending It’s pretty clear to me from the circumstances and the wording that 2334 was intended to be both binding and enforceable. And that it was passed in a manner and using appropriate procedures that make it international law. Here are two qualified and competent expert opinions that support this:

“Secretary General Boutros Boutros-Ghali related that during a press conference his remarks about a “non-binding” resolution started a dispute. His assistant released a hasty clarification, which only made the situation worse. It said that the Secretary had only meant to say that Chapter VI contains no means of ensuring compliance and that resolutions adopted under its terms are not enforceable. When the Secretary finally submitted the question to the UN Legal Advisor, the response was a long memo the bottom line of which read, in capital letters: “NO SECURITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION CAN BE DESCRIBED AS UNENFORCEABLE.” The Secretary said, “I got the message.”[17] …

Former President of the International Court of Justice Rosalyn Higgins argues that the location of Article 25, outside of Chapter VI and VII and with no reference to either, suggests its application is not limited to Chapter VII decisions.[23] She asserts that the Travaux préparatoires to the UN Charter “provide some evidence that Article 25 was not intended to be limited to Chapter VII, or inapplicable to Chapter VI.”[24] She argues that early state practice into what resolutions UN members considered binding has been somewhat ambiguous, but seems to “rely not upon whether they are to be regarded as “Chapter VI or “Chapter VII” resolutions […] but upon whether the parties intended them to be “decisions” or “recommendations” … One is left with the view that in certain limited, and perhaps rare, cases a binding decision may be taken under Chapter VI”.[25] She supports the view of the ICJ that “clearly regarded Chapters VI, VII, VIII and XII as lex specialis while Article 24 contained the lex generalis … [and] that resolutions validly adopted under Article 24 were binding on the membership as a whole”.[26]”

– Chapter VI of the United Nations Charter –

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chapter_VI_of_the_United_Nations_Charter

charliematerne

UNSC 2334 “9. Urges in this regard “, please note that the use of the word “URGES” makes it a request, not a command. How does anyone enforce a request? Also not the reference to UNSC 242 and 338 which clearly state that Israel is legally in possession of the so called “West Bank”

RichardD

The resolution obviously disagrees with your erroneous interpretation of preceeding resolutions:

“1. Reaffirms that the establishment by Israel of settlements in the Palestinian territory occupied since 1967, including East Jerusalem, has no legal validity and constitutes a flagrant violation under international law”

Urges means that it authorities the implementation of 2334’s provisions by member nations. As do subsequent resolutions, such as the one on a Palestinian protection force. As elaborated on in the Secretary General’s report.

charliematerne

And, specifically, what International Law allows the UN, or anyone else to partition what legally belongs to one state to create another? . Specifically, what created the so-called “Palestinian territories”? What is the legal precedent for the creation of such territories? Where are the minimum of 5 treaties that would be required to create the “Palestinian territories”?

RichardD

The powers invested in the UN as a supranational treaty organization that Israel belongs to contained in it’s charter provide it the legal authority to make determinations on questions of nationhood. And the UNSC, UNGA and ICJ have all determined that Palestine within the 67 borders isn’t Israeli territory and belongs to the Palestinians.

Such as 2334 that I’ve quoted, the ICJ wall decision that I’ve quoted, the UNGA resolution granting Palestine observer status, and the ICJ decision granting Palestine litigation status.

charliematerne

When and under which Charter Articles did any of those determinations become law?

RichardD

When among others they meet ICJ statute 38 which they do.

“Article 38 1. The Court, whose function is to decide in accordance with international law such disputes as are submitted to it, shall apply:

international conventions, whether general or particular, establishing rules expressly recognized by the contesting states;

international custom, as evidence of a general practice accepted as law;

the general principles of law recognized by civilized nations;

subject to the provisions of Article 59, judicial decisions and the teachings of the most highly qualified publicists of the various nations, as subsidiary means for the determination of rules of law.”

– STATUTE OF THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE –

https://www.icj-cij.org/en/statute

charliematerne

Was that supposed to answer my question? It didn’t

RichardD

It answered it concisely. Your rejection of it shows that you’re a truth hater.

charliematerne

My question was “When and under which Charter Articles did any of those determinations become law?” You have not answered that question

RichardD

Under the charter provisions creating and governing the ICJ and ICJ statute. Such as ICJ Statute 38 that I quoted word for word. Which determines what comprises international law. You can’t get any more specific than that. Your deficiencies in understanding jurisprudence isn’t my fault. I’m not your law professor.

charliematerne

UN Charter idiot

RichardD

You are wasting my time with your ignorance, lies and stupidity. I just gave you the chapter and paragraph.

Where you raped as a child by a blood sucking cannibal Jew prostitute who infected you with venereal disease and brain damaged you?

Here it is word for word.

“Charter of the United Nations Chapter XIV — The International Court of Justice Article 96 “1. The General Assembly or the Security Council may request the International Court of Justice to give an advisory opinion on any legal question.

2. Other organs of the United Nations and specialized agencies, which may at any time be so authorized by the General Assembly, may also request advisory opinions of the Court on legal questions arising within the scope of their activities.””

http://legal.un.org/repertory/art96.shtml

charliematerne

An “advisory opinion ” that you have somehow managed to twist in your demented mind into a “law”. No nation would accept that “opinion” as law

RichardD

It’s case law. And nations obviously recognize it by among other things not moving their embassies to Jerusalem. Which is another case that Israel will probably lose.

charliematerne

The ICJ ignored its own previous RULINGS (actual case law) in producing its Kangaroo Court opinion. That opinion clearly states that no nation can claim Self-Defense under the UN Charter of any other International Law against ” non-state organizations” such as ISIS or Boko Haram or AQAP, a situation NO nation will follow. It has been declared an Ipsy Dixit opinion. It was dead on arrival and it is still dead, give it up and let’s discuss something relevant

RichardD

You’re talking out of both sides of your mouth. Saying that the ICJ can and can’t produce case law. When obviously it can.

Provide the quote saying that a nation can’t defend itself against non state actors. You’re misrepresenting what the ruling says.

charliematerne

No, you are simply reading through your ears, not your eyes. I have repeatedly stated that “Opinions” are NOT “Rulings” Opinions carry no weight From the Opinion: “139. Under the terms of Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations:

Nothing in the present Charter shall impair the inherent right of individual or collective self-defence if an armed attack occurs against a Member of the United Nations, until the Security Council has taken measures necessary to maintain international peace and security.

Article 51 of the Charter thus recognizes the existence of an inherent right of self-defence in the case of armed attack by one State against another State. However, Israel does not claim that the attacks against it are imputable to a foreign State. The Court also notes that Israel exercises control in the Occupied Palestinian Territory and that, as Israel itself states, the threat which it regards as justifying the construction of the wall originates within, and not outside, that territory. The situation is thus different from that contemplated by Security Council resolutions 1368 (2001) and 1373 (2001), and therefore Israel could not in any event invoke those resolutions in support of its claim to be exercising a right of self-defence. Consequently, the Court concludes that Article 51 of the Charter has no relevance in this case.”

The ICJ, without and legal authority rewrote that article by adding the qualification that attacks on a member must be made by a state to invoke Article 51. It is clearly saying that no state (as the US responded to 911,an attack by a non-state actor within territory it controls) has any right (responsibility) to protect its citizens from “non-state actors”. It also uses the (political, not legal term ) ” Occupied Palestinian Territory” a term with no basis in law or fact. That is why every state member ignores the opinion.

RichardD

Your reply is so poorly written that it’s rubbish. You run everything together so that it doesn’t show what’s a quote from the charter, the court decision or your own confused ramblings.

Your statement that case law has no weight is obvious nonsense. Where are you getting this twisted idiocy from? Some flunky from the Tel Aviv lie, cheat and steal law school who goes around to the settlements brain washing the kiddies with Talmud insanity that they’re god’s chosen baby rapers.

charliematerne

How’s your goat? Is she just a friend or is she “a friend”?

RichardD

You’re insane.

Helen4Yemen

https://worldpeace365.files.wordpress.com/2019/08/european-ashkenazi-jew-palestinians-57.png

RichardD

Maybe you should consult with an attorney who understands international law. 2334 passed with 14 yes votes and 1 abstention. Not only is it binding, it authorizes military force against Israel. Including the use of nuclear weapons.

“Resolutions by the Security Council are legally binding. If the council cannot reach consensus or a passing vote on a resolution, they may choose to produce a non-binding presidential statement instead of a Resolution.”

– United Nations Security Council resolution –

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Nations_Security_Council_resolution

charliematerne

Perhaps, rather than relying on Wiki, you should consult the UN Charter Chapters VI and VII. You will find in those Chapters the specific rules concerning resolutions. 2334 does not fit within those rules as a “binding” resolution. If you are going to rely on the UN, you must follow their rules.

RichardD

You haven’t disproven anything that I’ve written. Because you can’t. So you don’t even try.

RichardD

That’s an expert opinion, which is more than you’ve provided.

JustPassingThrough

Your observations are very accurate. Unfortunately. When you look at the history of this region over the 100+ years, the west and its proxies have had full control. Nothing seems to be changing. I would not mind “eating my words” should the situation change.

Zionism = EVIL

Thank you, I am glad there are some realists here. I am a bit older and more experienced than most here and am also an keen observer of history. The sad reality is the Arabs, Persians, Turkeys and other minor regional players are fragmented, engaged in destructive internecine fights and their “leaders” including the dumbass illiterate Iranian mullahs have sold out and are only interested in saving their pathetic arses, plundering their people and keeping them illiterate. Islam by itself is a regular freak show, Muslims are being run into the ground from Sinkiang, Kashmir, Palestine to Burma as the UAE is giving the Modi fuckwit its highest award. The idiocy of the Arabs idiots and traitors is the very reason the devious Brits were easily able to give the Zionists Palestine and now that cancer is slowing eating up the Arabs and moronic Persians. Remember, Persians or Iranians have history of treachery, when Alexander and the Macedonians invaded Persia, Darius fled instead of fighting and was killed by his own generals. The corrupt mullahs are no different 2500 years later. Iran is a weak, third world superstitious, uneducated that adopted the most bizarre Arab tribal headchopping cult of Islam, where ignorance rules, women are treated worse than donkeys and vast majority are illiterate. No wonder 6 million pretend Jews from eastern European ghettos are lording over the region. Neither Iran, nor Syria or Hezbollah will do a fucking thing to retaliate and will keep on getting smacked by arrogant Zionists. I am sorry if the truth is unpalatable for some. The Russians, Americunts and the EU are all playing the Persian and Arabs for fuckwit cowards.

chet380

Drop a few missiles on IDF bases and the nuclear facility — a wake-up call.

Hezbollah will respond that is for sure.

Zionism = EVIL

Not sure, the hiding mullahs have been barking threats for 7 years now and are being whacked daily. I don’t believe Nasrallah and his corrupt illiterate and senile paymasters in Tehran will do anything. They will make a lot of flowery speeches for the excitable illiterate masses while more IRGC, Hezbollah and PMU untrained and unprotected cannon fodder gets hit over and over again. The idiot Soleimani has also gone into hiding.

Zionism = EVIL

Wishful thinking, the mullahs simply don’t have the balls to do anything.

David Parker

I’m not sure they have the weaponry to be effective. They are not stupid, they would like to score some effective hits and convince the Israelis and their proxies – NATO and the US military – to stop attacking everyone and everything in the Mideast.

RichardD

They have a lot of precision missiles, including hypersonic ones. The IDF can’t stop Hamas rockets. They’re not going to be able to stop Iranian precision missiles. Especially ones using advanced Russian satcom capabilities. The Russians aren’t going to let them use it if they start a war with Israel. But if Israel starts a war with Iran, they probably will.

Zionism = EVIL

You are correct, Iran is weak and has no airforce or effective means of projecting power. Such a weak, embargoed and bankrupt country should not be making hollow threats or engaged in foreign adventurism in already destroyed Arab world. Iranian people are totally repressed and will not fight anyway as history has shown. Iran lost to Iraq in 1980’s and mad mullah Khomeni had to accept defeat and “drink from a poisoned chalice”. Does anyone really think that Iran can fight back?

RichardD

The fall of south Idlib without the Turks firing a shot moves the Syria war closer to the end than the beginning. Despite all of the pressure put on the Turks to keep the Yinon plan terrorist regime change war going for the baby rapers. They’ve decided that that’s not in their best interests. And that getting it wrapped up is.

I hope that Turkey, Egypt and Jordan will join the Syrian government coalition armed with nuclear weapons and equipped with a high quality satcom system. In a regional coalition to get the region’s and humanity’s Jew problem solved. If it’s put together in this manner. Trump may engage in WW3 brinkmanship theatrics. Or maybe he’s matured politically sufficiently that he won’t. But in either case, as long as the regional coalition operates within international law, and has global support. I doubt that the US would intervene militarily on Israel’s side. And if the US doesn’t, it’s highly unlikely that anybody else would. Especially considering that Israel routinely looses at the UN everyone to 1 or 2.

Jens Holm

If so, we will parashute only pigs in an food help :) We have pigs, which we dont like as well.

Icarus Tanović

I wish Egypt get rid of Muslim brotherhood and more importantly Wahhabis. Then, we can do the business from the west side of the strait.

David Parker

Turkey, Egypt, and Jordan with nukes? The Zionists are the only ones with nuclear weapons and the will to use them to pull down everyone else as they go under. I do not believe Erdogan is crazy enough to try to take the nukes at Incirlik. Even if he could, I believe those are gravity bombs which require the smarts to arm the bombs and a bomber that can penetrate Israeli air defenses. I believe the Israeli commandos, Russian Spetsnaz, and SEAL Team Six would fight the entire Turk army to get those bombs out of Turkey if Erdogan got that crazy. The really big players will fight to prevent any more nuclear detonations.

RichardD

Russia probably already has nukes in theater. And even if they don’t, they can have them there on an as needed basis.

I would envision Russia as being part of the regional coalition. Along with Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Iran and possibly others.

This wouldn’t be an invasion of Israel. It would be backing the IDF out of the occupied territories. Using force within international law if necessary.

Jens Holm

Who cares.

EveryoneIsBiased

Be sure the Israeli military and intelligence services DO CARE. Like SF said, Hezbollah has always retaliated, and Israel until now avoided to strike them in Lebanon, only in Syria. This is a major turning point for the escalation that will follow.

Israel killed at least 2 of these bitches last night and all they can do is talk

I don’t think that there’s any comparison between Israel and Iran. The Jews are far worse than the Persians.

what Israel has become

1) We do not forget how the European Jew went around raping Palestinian women as soon as British left.

2) We do not forget how the European Jew engaged in massacre of the indigenous Palestinian people as soon as the British left.

3) We do not forget how the European Jew expelled 90% of the indigenous people of Palestine.

4) We do not forget how the European Jew destroyed 500 Palestinian villages and created his European-style villas on top of the ruins.

5) On what F-ING basis does the F-ING European invader feel entitled to continue to linger in my region, the Middle East? Is the white man Middle Eastern?

The enemies of Christendom – Muslims and Talmudists aka Zionists.

If you read the writings of Ptaah the Plejaren:

http://www.figu.org/ch/

He says that the Christian and Muslim religions have changed what their founders actually taught. For instance. The ayatollah running Iran approves of raping and murdering Iranian children. I doubt that Christ or Mohammed taught that raping and murdering children was acceptable.

David Parker

That is the most ridiculous article I have read in a long time. Circumcision does not equate to loss of virginity. God commanded it as a sign to set his chosen people apart and God certainly knows what is harmful and what is not. God expressly forbids fornication and sexual perversion and for this reason we can know for certain that circumcision is completely harmless. For Christians baptism replaces the ritual of circumcision. As far as sanitation is concerned, that is always a concern. Also, circumcision was to be done on the eighth day, when the baby’s immune system fully developed.

RichardD

Jews sucking blood out of the child’s bleeding penis with their mouth during circumcision is felony oral copulation with a minor and statutory rape.

Pork

Muslim circumcise. Not for any other reason but health. Hadith.

RichardD

There needs to be an increase in anti Judaism on this planet to get the public support in place for the passage and ratification of a UN convention abolishing Judaism worldwide in a similar manner to what was done with slavery.

RichardD

You can add mass rape to the list of crimes that Jews and Israel should be investigated for.

“the ICC can prosecute crimes against humanity, which are serious violations committed as part of a large-scale attack against any civilian population. The 15 forms of crimes against humanity listed in the Rome Statute include offences such as murder, rape, imprisonment, enforced disappearances, enslavement – particularly of women and children, sexual slavery, torture, apartheid and deportation.”

PressTV switched their comment section to Disqus, so I started posting there and half of my truthful on topic comments are getting edited or blocked. They run articles about mass shootings in the US almost every week. And when I try to post an insightful comment about why it didn’t used to be like that and what needs to be done to correct the problem, they don’t want to hear it:

Discussion on presstv 2 comments Shooting leaves 3 dead, 4 injured in New Mexico RichardD RichardD Headline 3 hours ago There are over 240,000 legally owned machine guns in the US. Their use in a crime is virtually non existent. Any machine gun used in a crime is one illegally obtained by criminals 99.99% of the time.

Edit View in discussion RichardD RichardD 3 hours ago Removed There have always been a lot of guns, crazy people and criminals in the US. Mass shootings were rare in the US before psychiatric drugs known to have suicidal and homicidal ideation as dangerous side effects were legalized when they shouldn’t have been. With tragic and predicable results. They’re present in almost all mass shootings. These drugs need to be outlawed and regulated so that the shootings and other crimes caused by them worldwide are stopped.

The US government is well aware that these drugs are dangerous. You can’t get a commercial driver’s or pilot’s license if you’re on them. If you have them in your medical history it’s an automatic disqualification for a CDL. If they’re found in a driver’s drug test it’s an automatic and permanent revocation of the driver’s CDL.

Guns aren’t the only murder weapon. The murder rate in Russia where guns are rarely the murder weapon is 4 times higher than in the US. Guns prevent a lot of murders in the US. I carry a concealed handgun in the US every day for security. Between using different murder weapons and all of the murders that guns prevent. I doubt that if guns were outlawed in the US that the murder rate would be any lower. Half of the nations on the planet have higher murder rates than the US. And all of them have worse gun rights than the US.

Press TV is now very mild and tows the western Jew media line. I have watched how it has mellowed its criticism of the Zionists too. It ignore most Syrian or even Lebanese news.

RichardD

I haven’t noticed a change at PressTV, other than the comment section. I was hoping that it could be used to get the truth out. But they have a problem with that.

They’ve always been antigun, their blocking my comments just shows how intolerant of the truth about the topic that they are. Their Jew tolerance is also long standing and ingrained in their interpretation of the Koran that the Sunnis don’t have. Which is why they got rid of the Jews and the Persians didn’t.

Pork

I call BS…not to be ugly. Jew tolerance…interpretation of Islam… C’mon man. Stop bringing in twisted crap you’re reading on some obscure site. Arabs are both sunning and shiite. Majority sunni. But not in many key nations. Arabs, Muslims Arabs as well, don’t view jews and israelis the same. There is a political difference, forced over the decades, to be defined as one…it is not. Iran is very well aware of the difference between Jews of the Holy books and political zionism ( israel ). Don’t get mythical mixed in here.

RichardD

Jew false flags were minor compared to Arab government expulsions. Jews are Zionists.

“At the end of the discussion Khomeini declared, “We recognize our Jews as separate from those godless, bloodsucking Zionists”[58] and issued a fatwa decreeing that the Jews were to be protected. …

Jews in the Islamic Republic of Iran are formally to be treated equally and free to practice their religion. There is even a seat in the Iranian parliament reserved for the representative of the Iranian Jews.”

IMHO

Press TV has turned out to be some kind of Muslim version of neoconism and report with a bias like the liberal U.S. media. As far as the mass shootings go. They are a result of liberalism, deviance and multiculturalism taking over politics and inflammatory and biased mass media, as well as the psychotropic drugs they are putting people on . When I was a kid people had gun racks in their trucks that they drove to school and there was NEVER a mass shooting.

RichardD

I stopped watching TV 30 years ago before I even knew about the Jew problem. But it was plain to see that a lot of TV was rubbish. Most of my news comes from non US sources. I’m admittedly in the dark about a lot of what my fellow Americans are inundated with through the legacy msm. But I hear what you’re saying over and over again. And I don’t doubt that it’s true.

The internet is replacing the Jew controlled legacy msm as the new msm. With far less Jew monopolization. Though they are going to great efforts to replicate what they’re losing with Jew controlled companies like Google, YouTube and Facebook. But they’re also having to deal with a lot of alternative competition that is doing a much better job of getting the truth out than what existed before the internet.

IMHO

Press TV is an Iranian news source and is just like it’s U.S counterparts. Just goes to show that alternative media is no more reliable and it all depends on the story being covered. The internet is just another propaganda clearinghouse. But at least you can get propaganda from all sides, almost. As far as “Jews” go, there are Jews who oppose Zionism and there are plenty of non Jews who push Zionism. Not all Jews are Zionists and not all Zionists are Jews. But all Zionists are evil.

RichardD

As a practical matter all Jews are Zionists, and yes they’re evil:

“94% say that if Jewish state “no longer existed tomorrow,” it would be a “tragedy.””

– JEWS STRONGLY SUPPORT ISRAEL, NEW POLL SHOWS –

https://www.jpost.com/Jewish-World/Jewish-News/US-Jews-strongly-support-Israel-new-poll-shows

Those that aren’t Zionists are essentially a rounding error. And many of them are orthodox. Who are the biggest blood sucking pedophile rapists of them all. So they’re also evil. Granted, some Jews are worse than others. But collectively they do a lot more harm than good. Judaism should be abolished so that the planet is Jew free. It will be better for everyone, including former Jews.

IMHO

Most “Jews” are sheep just like everyone else. Also you apparently don’t know the difference between a “Jew” and a “Talmudist”. But then I seem to remember that we had an argument before and you tend to believe every outrageous claim against the “Jews” and spread a lot of anti-Jew propaganda. There are Jews, who are descendants of the biblical tribe of Judah and they keep God’s Law and are a part of Spiritual Israel and who are brothers with true Christians who also keep God’s Law. They, like true Christians are a minority. Then there are “Jews” who practice Talmudic law which is a twisting and dissecting of God’s Law and they are supported by apostate Christians who also twist biblical teachings and believe that the Jews are God’s holy people and have a special place due to there supposed heritage. These, like those false Christians, are the majority. These are all Zionists and are the synagogue of Satan. Your blanket condemnation of “Jews” is wrong.

RichardD

Unless you were using a different handle, I don’t remember a debate about that with you.

Where are these non Talmudic Jews? What denomination of Jews don’t use the Talmud?

IMHO

Just like their true Christian brothers, they are sprinkled around. But even certain orthodox who do not believe in the state of Israel and know that they do not have claim to a worldly country are close, even though they are stuck in Old Covenant Levitical ritual. And that is a good start because if they recognize that they do not have a country then they also recognize that they do not rule the world which means they cannot be Zionists.

You have to remember that “Jew” or “Jewish” has at least three different meanings. That is why it is unfair to use Jew as a blanket description.

95% off that Jewish of the world are the Ashkenazi what completely of European origin and whose DNA has been confirmed to be 99% european – and get this – 0% Middle Eastern. And why would a European people be considered to be Middle Eastern, anyway? If the European Jew originated from the Middle East why not the Germans and the French and the British?

IMHO

Although I know there are fake Jews, I don’t see what the Palestinians have to do with it. Physical Jews do not originate from Palestine. Jews are of the tribe of Judah the son of Jacob, the son of Isaac, the son of Abraham. They are also brothers to the other sons of Jacob who were scattered long ago among the other nations. Anyway, Jews are not Palestinians. Perhaps I miss the point of your pictures.

Helen4Yemen

There are Jews, who are descendants of the biblical tribe of Judah

Like these Khazars. You need to get out of your biblical delusion and understand that the Euroepan Jew is as alien to the Middle East as the Germans or Chinese.

I don’t care about the DNA of those people. They have nothing to do with my comments. Hell, according to you Jews don’t exist.

95% of American Jews and 95% of the Jews in Palestine supported the wars against the people of Gaza.

There needs to be an increase in anti Judaism in the US and worldwide to help with the dejudification process.

Helen4Yemen

there are Jews who oppose Zionism

Meaning that they are against “the occupation”? They would love for the alien Jews to be in possession of 78% of Palestine but they are so good and so generous that they are willing to let the Palestinians have 22% of their own land? Are those the kinds of Jews you had in mind who oppose Zionism?

IMHO

NO, dumbass. They oppose any Jewish occupation. They believe what Scripture says that they will not have a nation. They are sojourners just like true Christians. But according to your logic they shouldn’t even be able to live ANYWHERE. I’m not going to get into your straw man argument where you try to make me argue a case that I have not supported nor suggested. Take it somewhere else.

Willing Conscience (The Truths

That’s not exactly what the Hezbollah media wing said last night, last night they said one drone fell onto their roof and was recovered by Hezbollah fighters, and the second one turned up 45 minutes later, but strangely blew up in the sky for no apparent reason. I don’t know why the stories been altered from last night, unless perhaps it’s to hide the fact the Iranians were using some sort of EW capabilities to either bring down or destroy the drones.

well, he made his big response to the destruction of his missile guidance equipment. He shot up an Israeli truck.
