The new era, the era of the diversity-motivated policy and the neo-liberal totalitarianism has officially come to the United States wtih almost President Joe Biden.
In one of his first moves, Biden Biden has chosen Rachel Levine, Pennsylvania’s health secretary, as his assistant secretary of health. Levine will become the first ever openly transgender federal official to be confirmed by the US Senate. Apparently, the Senate has no chances to not confirm this person regardless policies promoted by this pick. If Levine is rejected, this will be immediately called ‘harrasment’ and ‘discrimination’.
“Dr. Rachel Levine will bring the steady leadership and essential expertise we need to get people through this pandemic — no matter their zip code, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability — and meet the public health needs of our country in this critical moment and beyond,” Biden said in a statement. “She is a historic and deeply qualified choice to help lead our administration’s health efforts.”
The sphere of interests of the incoming assistant secretary of health has no surprises. Levine has written in the past on the opioid crisis, medical marijuana, adolescent medicine, eating disorders and whatever it is ‘LGBTQ medicine’.
Vice President-elect Kamala Harris called Levine “a remarkable public servant with the knowledge and experience to help us contain this pandemic, and protect and improve the health and well-being of the American people.”
There is a weak hope that impvoing the ‘health of the American people’ will not include the further support of LGBTQ agenda, including transgender transofrmations, among US citizens, including minors. Nonetheless, it is higly unlikely that this hope will live for long.

I think the emergence of a near-viable third party is likely. I believe it’s also likely that it will be deeply- if not completely- controlled the usual sort of actors, and serve as a regime foil for the GOP.
