On March 6 morning, a large explosion rocked the town of Hamam al-Turkman in the Turkish-occupied part of the northern Raqqa countryside.
According to the Step News Agency, a booby-trapped vehicle exploded near a checkpoint in the vicinity of Hamam al-Turkman. The checkpoint was manned by Turkish service members as well as militants of the so-called Syrian National Army (SNA).
As a result of the explosion, at least two SNA militants were killed. Moreover, a Turkish soldier was severely wounded.

The Step News Agency said the SNA and Turkish forces established several checkpoints around Hamam al-Turkman a few hours before the explosion. Turkish forces were apparently aware that an attack is being prepared.
As usual, some opposition activists held Kurdish forces in northeast Syria, mainly the People’s Protection Units (YPG), responsible for the attack. However, no evidence was presented to back these accusations.
The attack in Hamam al-Turkman is the most recent in a series of bombings which targeted Turkish-occupied areas in northeast Syria over the last few months. Dozens of Syrian militants and several Turkish service members were killed in these bombings.

If any other parties had been at the meeting there would have been no agreement about anything. Erdos ego would not allow that.
President putin is giving Erdo an exit strategy and IF Erdo has a logical thought, he will take that route.
The alternative is war between Russia and Turkey and neither party wants that.
