New Large-Scale Attack With Missiles & Drone Targets Vital Saudi Facilities (Videos, Photos)

On March 25, a large-scale attack with drones and missiles targeted a number of vital facilities in different parts of Saudi Arabia.

In a series of statements, the Saudi-led coalition claimed that it had intercepted ten suicide drones and a ballistic missile over the Kingdom’s central and southern region. The coalition shared footage of the interceptions.

Despite the successful interceptions, damage was reported in an oil storage facility of Aramco in the western Saudi city of Jeddah as well as in Dhahran water storage facility and in an electrical substation in Samtah in the Kingdom’s southern region.

The Saudi Press Agency released videos and photos showing material damage at the targeted facilities. However, the stat-run agency didn’t report any casualties.

The Saudi-led coalition held the Houthis (Ansar Allah) responsible for the large-scale attack. In one of its statements, the coalition accused the group of attempting to sabotage the new Saudi-led peace initiative for Yemen. The Kingdom is currently trying to launch the initiative before the end of March.

“We exercise restraint and reserve the right to respond in the right time,” the coalition said.

Brig. Gen. Yahya Sari, a spokesman for the Houthis, confirmed the group’s responsibility for the attack. The spokesman said on Twitter that a new large-scale operation in Saudi Arabia will be announced very soon.

Less than a week ago, the Houthis carried out similar attack on Saudi Arabia. The attack, codenamed “Operation Breaking the Siege 2,” targeted several vital facilities in the Kingdom’s western and southern regions. Material losses were reported as a result of the attack, which the Houthis said was a response to the Saudi-led coalition’s siege on Yemen.

The Houthis don’t appear to be too interested in the Saudi-led peace initiative for Yemen, likely because the Kingdom is not a neutral side. Their repeated attacks on the Kingdom may end up killing the initiative.

As Donald Trump more or less accurately said, the Saudi military is so inept that it can not fight its way out of a paper bag. The west has sold over $2 trillion worth of weapons to the moronic Saudis who have a bigger defence budget than Russia and are being humiliated daily by Houthi natural born warriors in sandals, chewing Khat and sporting Russian AK. The Saudis need to end their fiasco in Yemen or will face worse defeats and their US and western masters are too busy with Ukraine.

Joe Dirt

KSA is desperate to negotiate, and Houthi’s only want to meet with the upper hand in the situation.

Saudi Arabia reaps what it sows. It has been committing crimes against humanity in Yemen. The Yemen population is facing mass starvation, and also dangerous disease outbreaks because of the Saudi bombing campaign.

The Jeddah fireball is the largest Houthi success in the western region so far. The fires are still burning as the Saudi slave labor from Pakistan is inept and can not put it out. The French are sending firefighters.

nice

“It’s worth noting that the Formula 1 is in Jeddah this weekend” perfect opportunity for more missiles strikes live

The F1 cameras may have a job keeping the black plume in distance out of any long shot frames!

Ding Ding

The US may be retaliating for their refusal to respond to Joe Biden. This may be them sending a message back. But I think this will do the opposite and continue to drive up oil prices. Saudi Arabia needs to stop relying on the West. The evidence China and Russia provided them made it clear they are using the gulf countries to buy more weapons!!!
