On the night of April 10th, Russian air defense intercepted 42 Ukrainian UAVs in the rear regions. The Defense Ministry confirmed that one of them reached the Moscow region, where it was destroyed. Eyewitness footage showed the unusual drone resembling to a helicopter, differing from Ukraine’s typical fixed-wing models. The target’s large size has led to speculation it could be a modified military helicopter converted for unmanned use. There are no official claims about the type of the destroyed aircraft.
Such aircraft could offer advantages like precision hovering and evasive flight patterns, though their limited 250-300 km range makes strikes this deep in Russian territory surprising.
